Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean . Staff was friendly.

The shower door are such that you have to get into the shower to turn them on so you get splashed with cold water. WHT would you have everything for a kitchen and no stove? Didn't make sence . Also didn't like the automatic light in the bathroom due to it coming on a soon as you walk in and waking everyone in the room with the bright light. Also I have a texas TLC and the fact you do not allow guns not even from a license holder is enough to make me not go back. If I would have known that going in , I would not have stayed there at all. I get not wanting ever one to carry, but you are keeping people who are licensed by the state and taken the gun courses from protecting themselves and possibly other is a big issue and will cost you my bussiness and others. You should have a sign about that you don't want open carry and unlicensed firearms these. I would have no issue with that.

This is a great place to stay. I love everything about this hotel. The kitchen is simply amazing

The door handle was loose so I have to go and ask for another room. Which I thank God they were able to placed me in another room.

The room was spacious for 2 adults and a toddler. Breakfast is not bad. Housekeeping are great! The staff were nice and everything was generally clean.

Great room, customer service was great. Will recommend and hopefully stay again. Would also request same room..lol

The pool was dirty and had lots of dead bugs.

Most of all was the marijuana smoke smell everywhere you went.. that was disgusting.. tub also had rust spots. A/C didn't work the 2nd night we had booked so we had to go find another hotel

I found face makeup on the white comforter and I don't wear face makeup so oooh

Our room smelled musty, the AC was leaking, no shampoo in our bathroom like it wasn't refilled, microwave dirty. Underwhelming room.

Breakfast was underwhelming. All items weren’t stocked quickly during peak service times & selection was minimal compared to other Hilton properties,

We found used baby diapers in one of the recycling containers. Had to ask twice to have them removed. Housekeeping was on four day cycle and this seemed not to be adequate.
