book this location in error and tried to change /cancel this for the same Hilton brand hotel at a closer location. Booking .com Would not allow me to change even though it was a matter of minutes which cost me. i will never use Booking .com ever again.

Easy to get in and out of and the overall property was great

The staff was wonderful, very inviting and attentive. The room was very clean and while I don’t usually take advantage of the usual complementary breakfast we did on this stay and it was great.

Very mild dislikes but the room was road side and late afternoon and early mornings there was a lot of road noise even on the 5th floor. But also keep in mind that broad street turn into the autobahn when there are no cops in sight. The only other dislike was we didn’t find the weighted comforter appealing at all.

Very clean, updated with lots of plugs for phones and accessories, great breakfast.

They did not have a record of my reservation from Booking.com and could not honor the original prices I was given. Did not provide cups for the bathroom, only paper coffee cups. I chose not to have my room cleaned, so I had to ask for daily coffee supplies and extra toilet paper.

My children loved the indoor pool and my wife loved the shopping nearby.

Modern, fresh, super clean, and new. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. Nice room layout. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet room, non smoking. Would stay again.

Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. Felt threatened by a group of teenage boys here knocked on our door two nights in a row. The second night we asked them to leave and they kept saying things back to us as if they were a charity but it was obvious that they aren’t. Called the front desk for 45 minutes straight and they finally answered. Susan at the front desk said she addressed the issue as she had several complaints with their parents but they denied their children were involved. I am very disappointed and don’t understand why this has happened. I want to be compensated and know that this will not be allowed anymore.

I didn't like having a duvet (sp?) as opposed to blankets. It is all or none as far as warmth. Two thin blankets would be much better.
