Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Duck House. Plenty of space for all of our family, including 6 grandkids! The house is walkable to Peak 8 and the Breck Connect gondola to main street. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare your meals. It was as though I was in my own home. All of the break out spaces allowed us to be together without being on top of each other.The property company was very responsive and always available. They even provided good tips for Breckenridge while we stayed there.I would come back again to stay here. Thank you Duck House!

The house has a beautiful view and deck with hottub! Short walk to a free ride bus that takes you into town. Large kitchen and dining space that was more than enough for our large group! Plenty of sleep space and very clean- we enjoyed our stay in Breck at the Duck House

A lovely, spacious getaway for our group of 10. Some of the plumbing needs a little work (drippy sinks in kitchen and downstairs bathrooms), but those were small things. Beautiful location, with ample indoor and outdoor dining and hangout space.

Our primary reason for selecting the Duck House was that it was supposed to be ski in ski out. When you have to walk across 2 roads carrying your skis, put them on, ski down an unformed trail, ski a bit more to a bridge, remove your skis and walk across a bridge and up a hill, put skis back on to get onto the Snowflake lift, that is not in anyone’s estimation ski in ski out to the Snowflake life as it was advertised. The bedding was horrible and uncomfortable in every room, the furniture flimsy, the directions to return through neighbors yards nonexistent and overall certainly not worth $30,000.

Our big group loved it here so much we returned for a second Thanksgiving. The kitchen has everything you need for a huge feast. Location couldn't be better...a quick walk to the slopes and ski all the way to the door on your way home. Plenty of room to spread out. We love the huge dining room table that fits our entire group for game nights!

We had the best time at the Duckhouse! The beds were all great and we comfortably fit 17 people in the house. Kitchen was well stocked and the two dishwashers were a huge perk. Would 100% recommend!

VisitBreck has been the most incredible property management company. We originally picked a different home, but it got pulled because the owner sold the house. VisitBreck/Pinnacle lodging allowed us to move to the Duck house which was SO beautiful, spacious, and such an incredible home for a big group. We loved the sauna, the hot tub, and the Mountain Views on the deck. Thank you so much for everything!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for our 3 families that stayed here for a week. It's close to town for either driving or catching the bus and right on 4 o'clock run to get on the slopes as fast as possible. The house was appointed very well for our group and made cooking meals very easy. Everything was clean.

We rented this house for a family vacation. We brought our 3 children and their families from Florida and Alabama and had a blast. There was plenty of room for all and the location was fantastic!! And Talk about a dream kitchen!! Two ovens and two dishwashers! Perfect for a large group. We love cooking and had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. My sister lives in the Denver area and came to visit with us. She was so impressed she hopes to book it herself when she has friends come to visit.

Great house!
Gorgeous, spacious house in a great location with a nice view. Well stocked kitchen and bedrooms (extra everything), lots of spaces and places to hang out, close to hiking and a short drive to town. Our only critique is that the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced (some didn’t work properly) and the area/yard around the house needs to be cleaned up (lots of party trash). Would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a great location with lots of usable space, hot tub and sauna. The finishing is old and outdated and outdoor furniture is old and only 4 chairs for a deck that is large and should have at least 15-20 chairs. The grill is small and propane run out during grilling.

Perfect Home for Large Groups
Home has plenty of space for socialization and sleeping area for a large group. Many of the beds are bunks, so definitely setup in for a situation where you don't need a lot of shared beds or have lots of kids.
Made for hosting a large group, 2 dishwashers, cutlery for days. The location convenient to town, right up ski hill road and even walkable two the base of the mountain if you wanted to. Town would be walkable, but you're climbing the Peak 8 to get there so not for everyone.
Can't go wrong staying here.

The Duck House was perfect for our group. Lots of sleeping arrangements, fantastic outdoor space, the sauna and hot tub are an awesome addition. The inside of the house was clean and well kept. Overall the house provided 8 "grown" men an opportunity to have a great weekend and live very comfortably in the space. We all agreed the beds were surprisingly comfortable (especially for a rental property) which is always a great surprise. Pinnacle Lodging staff was attentive, professional, and available.

I called and was told that someone would be by, but they weren't fixed for our 5 day stay. We also ran out of paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher soap. And the garage had a car in it when we were told we would have both sides of the garage.

The house is a great layout for families with different age ranges (kids downstairs, adults up!) The kitchen is well stocked as was the house with games/sleds/etc. We have grade school kids and the walk across the street was super easy to the trail to the lift. Everything was clean, so comfortable and the stunning views from the the full wall of windows, deck and hot tub could not be beat. It had EVERYTHING our family of 20 (ranging from age 2 to age 70) could need from a closet FULL of games to cozy blankets in every nook. Pinnacle Lodging was so attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied the entire time. The weekend we spent here will forever be a favorite memory due in large part to our fantastic accommodations. All. The. Stars.

We had an excellent time at the Duck House. We were a party of 9 with 3 different families. The house is big and the layout was great. The main level was perfect for hanging out but there was plenty of room for privacy. The proximity to the 4 o'clock trail was good for ski-in, ski-out. We rarely drove anywhere. It was late season so the home needs a good cleaning and some TLC, but we would come back.

Our group was 4 small families, and we had plenty of room to hang out, extra bunks, etc. Large private hot tub was key for after skiing! Nice house but lots of things didn't work quite right. Sauna broken, one dishwasher kept stopping, maintenance crew has to come to fix toilet and beeping smoke alarm. Management company was fast to respond to some items, ignored others. Location great for ski-in/ski-out, but not walkable to town sadly.
