The property was presented as it exactly was. Very clean with a beautiful view of the gulf. Our host supplied us with numerous amenities including travel size toiletries. When we return to the gulf coast in the future we will certainly consider this property. Another added bonus is the property is in the center of numerous restaurants and bars.

We had a great stay! We watched the sunset every night from our balcony. The condo has everything you will need. It’s beautifully decorated and ideally located. Our hosts could not be more accessible or kinder. We had a problem with one of the toilets. They came out that evening and fixed it. I can’t say enough good things about the host or the property.

The property is even nicer than the pictures! Tanya was wonderful and the fact that there was a Keurig AND a coffee pot made me smile. If we ever make it back to Maderia beach this is where we’ll head 😊

This is a very nice condo, clearly recently updated, well maintained and very clean on arrival. About a 12-14 minute walk to John’s Pass for restaurants and entertainment. We didn’t have the issues others reported with the elevator; maybe we lucked out staying during a more quiet period.

We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of this home away from home. So nice, too, the the property owner provides basic necessities such as hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, beach towels, etc. the views from the kitchen, main living area, primary bedroom and even the primary bathroom are magnificent. I also appreciated the tasteful decor and live plants. location of the e pool is ideal too since you have a full ocean view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pictures are accurate and the condo was very clean and spacious. The view is amazing and being on the 3rd floor was perfect to have the option to use the stairs to avoid the slow elevator. The kitchen was well stocked and they had a lot of pool/beach toys as well. Communication with the owner was quick and smooth. The only single thing I wish was different is that they had a full length mirror! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo! Clean, spacious and updated. Everything you need for a great getaway , the owners have thought of everything including everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Perfect location and the owners are super nice and make everything as simple as it can be. Every Vrbo should be like this.

Working and communicating with Tanya was seamless. All info came exactly as she stated. Her unit had the largest common space of any I have seen, kitchen, dining and living room. In addition, she thought of every detail that a traveling group may need, from toiletries to spices, aluminum foil, coffee and beach towels and toys. The kitchen, baths were very nicely updated. Primary mattresses were very comfortable. Our only con is the elevator, which is completely outside the control of the owner. It was slow and hot so we often took the stairs. If Madeira Beach is your destination, I would recommend checking out this unit. Tanya is a very good host.

Best place I have ever stayed. Owner is very pleasant and answers texts within minutes. The condo includes everything you need including beach items - towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys. Perfect for air travelers. Condo is more than adequately furnished with towels, kitchen appliances and utensils, serving dishes, pots/pans. The owner does everything possible to make your stay pleasant. Condo is well cared for.

This place was just paradise on earth. We stayed two weeks and we didn’t want to leave. And we have talked about our trip every day since our return. The location on the beach was just ideal. The beautiful gulf is right there out the sliding glass doors so we enjoyed looking at it and hearing the waves in the mornings for coffee/tea time, seeing dolphins in the afternoons, and watching beautiful sunsets in the evening. This was so great for my elderly mom who couldn’t walk on the beach every day but every day she felt like she was part of it being so close. I was able to walk it at lunch or in the morning and walk out to catch the sunset as well. The condo was beautifully decorated and so well equipped not just in the kitchen but also in the “pool/beach” closet and the bathrooms that we didn’t want for or need anything. If we thought of it, we found it was already there. The little extras we used the most were the cute coffee bar which was perfect, the water /ice dispenser on the fridge which was so great and the great toaster oven was awesome for bagels and warming up left overs! The elevator made it so easy for my mom to get around and enjoy the property which has a lovely tiki area, a large wonderful pool and a great hot tub. And even when we were at the pool or hot tub, we could stare straight at the beach and Gulf and enjoy the view. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness not just of our condo but also the entire property. Every day we actively saw the maintenance folks cleaning and taking care of the property. And they were so friendly and got to know us and greeted us daily. We used the laundry facilities twice and they were brand new and so nice and take credit cards instead of coins which was so convenient. We also found the neighbors (some owners, some annual renters and some first timers like us) all so friendly. We got to know folks at the pool and hot tub and everyone was so kind. In fact a few ladies came out specially to say goodbye to us our last night and wish us a safe trip home. It was a very welcoming and neighborly environment that made you feel at home. Extra bonus is we were so close to Johns Pass and so many amazing restaurants and shops. We could have walked everywhere if my mother was physically up to it. But everything was still a short car ride for her and we found parking out in Madiera Beach easy and we found we were easily able to get covered parking every night. We loved the condo and our wonderful host Tanya!

This property was exactly as described with one exception, it actually had more beach chairs, umbrellas and toys than we anticipated. Absolutely great place to stay and we would really like to stay here again.

Hurricane Ian caused flights to be cancelled 2 days before we were to fly out, and 2 days after our refund period. Our host was very understanding and refunded us immediately with options for rebooking a future vacation. Will for sure try again!

We came for a week during fall break. The weather was perfect - beach, pool, hot tub were great and we used them all day. We walked down to St. John’s Pass for shopping and food with live music. Perfect getaway!

Beautiful updated condo with amazing ocean view..The property was way nicer than the photos..Everything we needed was in the condo..The property owners communicated with us through the entire stay..I definitely will try and stay here every visit!!!

This rental was superb from the time of booking. Great communication, couldn’t have asked for an easier check in and check out procedure, large condo so plenty of room and included several extras which is especially nice when flying and unable to take those things with you. We will rent again if the opportunity ever arises. Thank you for a great vacation!

Excellent location , well maintained property , and very responsive host. In fact, I was just looking to book this condo again we loved it so much. Everything you need is provided in kitchen , as well as towels and beach supplies. Only small note is if you are trying to work , we had trouble staying connected to WiFi in the condo. Used our hotspots so not a real issue. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our family. Hosts thought of everything. Property as a whole well maintained with a property manager who is on site from sun up to sun down talking care of the common areas. Give this a 12 out 10 stars.

This property was extremely clean and beautiful. Located on the 3rd floor and right above the pool area. Beautiful ocean view. There owners were very responsive and accommodating. We really appreciated all the extras that were available to make our stay more comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Tanya’s apartment was great. It was clean and looks as good as the pictures. The view fro the balcony is amazing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Tanya was always quick to answer all my questions. The only con i have is the elevator being slow but that’s not the owners fault. I would totally book again.

We had a great time enjoying our vacation at your place. It was very clean and had a lot of small touches that made it great. All the little things that you can’t bring with you or maybe don’t want to buy was provided for you. This touch very nice and helpful. The owners were very accessible and were able to fix a small problem it a timely manner. Would definitely stay again in the future. 😀

We enjoyed our stay very much! The view was beautiful, and the condo was stocked with everything we could need. It was very clean, and everything was in great shape. No complaints. The location was awesome; it wasn’t crowded but was located close enough to John’s Pass that my family walked there most days. The only downside was the slow, slow elevator in the building. We had to wait a long time, several times and even opted to start using the stairs to go down instead of waiting. Other than that, perfect!!!

Brought my mom with Alzheimer’s here for a quick getaway. Loved that there is a restroom by the pool. Easy access to the beach. The condo is stunning—so well appointed and comfortable. You’re close to everything but aren’t in the middle of It all. We’ll definitely come back—it was an exceptional property in every way. Thank you!
