Beautiful location and property has direct access to beach. Light and airy decor, roomy 3 bedrooms with lovely crisp bed linen.
Very well equipped with bbq, all kitchen appliances and outdoor dining area.
Beach towels and hairdryer kindly provided.
Property was perfect and lots of facilities in Pottsville - supermarket, shops, cafés ...but all a good 15- 20min walk from the property. Local taxi facilities rather limited so car would be recommended. 10am check out was early by European standards but seems the norm in Australia.

Beautiful property. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Loved the wild life. Nice and quiet at night. The hosts had left us a bottle of red which was a very nice touch thanks.
We were down from QLD so were a little cold. Perhaps a heater could help with the cooler weather. Also recommend perhaps a dryer also to help get clothes dried in the colder months. Other than that, we had everything we needed.

This place is absolutely superb and the special note was awesome! The rooms, bathrooms and amenities are very well equipped. Love the location and the gardens are beautiful.

Tha Palms Beach House was an incredible home away from home. The house and garden were immaculate, and had everything we expected and more. Fully equipped and modern kitchen, comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple streaming services on TV, expansive backyard, BBQ, and driveway for parking. The owner even had a bottle of wine for our arrival!
It was the perfect location to have a quiet day at the beach - just a few steps from the backyard! Or you can do a 30-min drive down to Byron Bay for a lively day, or 1 hour up to Gold Coast for even more activities.
Already thinking of when to book this property again!
Maybe blinds for privacy and an exhaust fan in the bathrooms to prevent moisture buildup.

Amazing house to get away and was big enough for our group to have our own space. Walk out the backdoor and be on the beach in seconds. 15 min walk to the centre of pottsville to all the cafes and shops. Will be back.

Quiet location in a delightful garden setting with direct access to the magnificent beach. Exceptionally clean and fresh. Good kitchen facilities and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommended.
Air conditioning in the bedroom would have made it more comfortable especially for the baby.

The property was a very pleasant surprise, excellently presented, clean as a whistle and wonderfully located for the beach. We will definitely recommend it and visit again

This 3 bedroom beach bungalow at Pottsville is just beautiful. It is very well-appointed and extremely clean. The garden is gorgeous and the spacious, private backyard leads to a track to magnificent Pottsville Beach - just a few meters away! And, the manager Emily is a lovely, wonderfully helpful lady. We’ve had 2 weekend stays here now and thoroughly recommend it :)

Everything!! Location is maybe 50m from the beach in a quiet street, everything in the house was new and clean, we had everything we needed. I cannot fault this place, it’s awesome. The host Emily was lovely and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
