This condo was conveniently located to the elevator, pool and ocean. It was extremely clean and well stocked. Perfect for our family.

Our family had a wonderful week at Villa Capriani! Tami and Jim are wonderful hosts. Condo was neat and organized. They thought of everything that a family would need. We would definitely love to come back!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property and we are already planning our return next year. It’s always hard when you have a young one in the group, but the location and set up of the rooms worked out perfectly with getting to and from the beach and the awesome pools! The property was clean and well maintained, the air was cool. The owners were right on top of checkin and great with communication. We had an absolutely lovely time-and will cherish the memories we made this year.

We've been staying at "The Cap" (family nickname) for the past 20 years and have stayed in many different units on all sides of the buildings. While there wasn't much of a view from the unit, it was, without question, the most nicely appointed unit we've ever had. The kitchen seems to be brand new and has every kind of pot, pan, cooking sheet, one could want. Great knives too! It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The whole space was updated to the 21st century, a fact that many places we've rented here cannot claim. Not sure what anyone could want from a unit that this one didn't provide. Plus, the owners are quick on the response if you have any questions.

My grandmom, aunt, and I stayed at the property in June. The rental was great and had enough space for the three of us. The kitchen was updated and well appointed with everything we needed. Hosts were great as well! We didn’t need much but when I had questions they answered them quickly. Just a few notes about the resort itself. We did have to park across the street because parking is so limited for all of the units. Also, there are stairs to get up to the gate to the beach and then stairs to get down to the beach. Just mentioning this if you have an elderly person or people with bad knees like we did. We still made it down to the beach but just something to consider. Pool was also great! We also ate at the restaurant on property for lunch and it was pretty good although technically not affiliated with the property. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean! Nice pool and beach. Only downside was there really was no view on the patio.

This is a very nice 2 bedroom condo. Well organized and very clean. nice to have the sheets and towels provided. Great location. We didn’t feel like cooking the first night and ate at the restaurant on sight. You have a view of the ocean and pool from the balcony. Enjoyed sitting out there at night. The location of the condo was close by the elevator, a plus for my elderly mom. There is a walk-in shower in the main bedroom. Great if you have someone who can’t step in and out of a tub. Will stay here again. Tami was great at giving all the info you needed and how to contact her if you had any questions.

We were so surprised at what a wonderful property, how clean and accommodating and owners helpful and added to our great time. The beach is downstairs a short distance from the condo. The ocean breeze was great and we were well rested every day. All accommodations were comfortable and personalized. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back to the same condo on our next trip.

Great location! Right on the beach! Love the pool and hot tubs! Condo was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed.

This was the perfect place to be! Our son transferred from Guam after 3 long years to Camp Lejeune. We were able to spend much needed family time together. This place was perfect. The hosts were wonderful. Since our son will be at Lejeune for the next three years, we are looking forward to renting this place.

Very Clean and quiet

Renting process was extremely easy, check in was simple. Contact with renters worked great, they responded very fast and friendly. Not much of a ocean view from the unit but nice access to beach, pools and hot tubs very nice along with mangers of the condo property. Was asked several times by staff how everyone was and if anything needed attention. On site restaurant very good(little pricey like the rest of the Island) staff very friendly. Unit could use some new beds, very noisy when moving positions even for the little ones. Overall very nice place to stay and extremely good management!

The condo complex is wonderful! We loved eating at Splash by the Sea and the easy beach access. Being on the 1st floor made everything so convenient. We’ll be back!

Our groups was celebrating a 50 year friendsversary! We loved the condo accommodations and the location. Sun and fun was enjoyed by all! Host was outstanding!! Looking forward to staying with you again!

It was properly furnished and spacious. Several isssues need attention; The one mattress in twin BR needs replaced. Not comfortable at all. Also the washing machine doesn’t always ring out. Dryer lint trap is rusty and so is top of dryer. Toilet needs flushed twice where queen bed is.

Had a great stay at Villa Capriani. Jim and Tami were super helpful and the condo was just what we needed for a small family.o

We had such a nice time during our stay. The property was great and my kids loved the pools! I have an age gap and my littlest loved the 3foot pool so he could swim on his own with out swimmies and my oldest loved the big pool with the deep end. There is another pool that goes from 3.5 to 5ft right next to the hot tubs so if mom and dad want to relax they can still keep an eye on the kids! The restaurant on site, Splash by the Sea, was surprisingly good! And it was nice to put your name in and go finish getting ready in the condo and not have to wait for an hour entertaining hungry kiddos. We were also close to the Pier which also had casual breakfast lunch and dinners. Also, very good! We got to see baby sea turtles hatch just a quarter mile from the villa. So it was a pretty magical trip for us and the kids! The only thing I would suggest is that the condo could use a good clean. I think we were here towards the end of the season so it’s to be expected. I would also suggest looking into umbrella rental companies in the area in advance. They book up fast and take week long reservations. We were out of luck by the time we figured it out. Overall, great stay!

We had an awesome stay. We have stayed at many beach condos and this one was the most well stocked. It had everything we needed and more! The pools were fantastic and clean. Thank you Jim and Tami!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach condo. It was clean, safe, and exactly what we needed during our family vacation in Topsail. The hosts were kind and attentive to our needs. I definitely recommend!

My family had a great time at North Topsail Beach. this unit was perfect, clean, comfortable, well stocked, this place was like having two separate apartments, i love how the master bedroom has its own mini kitchen and it’s own bathroom. The mattress was so comfortable! My teenage boys stayed in the other bedroom that has its own bathroom and twin beds. My boys rode their bikes to the fishing pier everyday (5mts away) they found a basketball court and played tennis right across the street. We used Topsail Beach Service to rent our bikes, (great service) We didn’t leave the resort at all, we had everything we needed: Sea View fishing pier (they rent fishing rods there) we had the beautiful ocean (condo has beach chairs and beach towels) 3 gorgeous pools and hot tubs and a restaurant on site: Splash by the Sea, it’s located right across from the condo, Saturday night they have live music and it was just amazing to sit in the balcony with a glass of wine and listen to this very talented musician playing the guitar. The dining experience at Splash by the Sea was incredible, they definitely take pride on their food and cocktails We ate at the restaurant patio most of the time and had incredible ocean views. At night we took walks to the fishing pier (open 24/7) (5mts walk) I would say the experience was incredible, exactly what I was looking for: beach, pool, fishing, good food. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Tami & Jim for hosting, you were amazing at communicating with us. Your condo it’s beautiful! We’ll definitely come back!

My husband and I were looking for a nice, quiet week away and this condo was fantastic. The resort is very nice with plenty of pool space and hot tubs (kept up very nicely). The condo had a nice porch overlooking the pool area (and can see the ocean). Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Just steps to the beach, such easy access. You can stay in and cook, everything you need is stocked or you can head out and enjoy the local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We love staying at this resort with a couple pools, hot tub, and nice outdoor seating. The condo was clean, welcoming, and expectations were met. Lovely stay. Brad

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property - the owners were attentive and communicated quickly with any questions we had. The unit is very clean and very well equipped. I am very particular about cleanliness and this place met all my expectations and more! Not a single bug spotted inside either, which is rare for a beach property! Great location and enjoyed having the restaurant on-site to be able to enjoy a few meals out. Great for a family vacation, highly recommend.

I’m very particular about cleanliness and this condo did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and there were nice linens and lots of pillows and blankets. The Master bedroom was like it’s own separate apartment with a couch, dry bar and table and chairs. Although the weather wasn’t the best in March, we were able to get outside a couple days and enjoy the pool deck, a walk on the beach and have lunch at Splash by the Sea on their deck. The food was fantastic and the restaurant was so convenient to the condo especially on days that were rainy. Since we have family on the island we would love to stay in this condo again in the summer and fall months. Thank you Tami and Jim for renting us this fabulous condo
