I felt the directions to the property were a little confusing, but got there in the end.

Good quiet location for chilling out, everything you need for a few nights away, apartment was clean and tidy and it was good to have off street parking. It was the perfect area for walking along the cliffs and around Arbroath, we ate out most nights and would recommend The Old Boatyard Restaurant for Sunday lunch as it's just a 5 minute walk down at the harbour. I would stay here again if I were to return to the area.
The shower is very disappointing, there's no pressure and if you have hair like mine, rinsing it out takes forever. Bigger towels as you've to walk through living room to go upstairs to bedrooms.

Flat was great location . Spacious and clean.Garry was great at communicating if we had any issues.First class host
The artwork of Arbroath on walls was fascinating.
View of sea and cliff is only from Upper bedroom . Lovely area and cliff walk 8 miles is brilliant. Best places to see a sunrise as well. Close to shops and great base for travelling the area . We had good weather which was lucky .
Just a small point to make. I would have liked a teapot !. Can't stand teabag in a cup. But that's my preference.
Also I think your pillows should have protectors on them for hygiene purposes .
This is no way takes the fact away that I had an excellent stay

It was very affordable for what you get. The beds were very comfy and clean. Everything was perfect.

very spacious flat with a great outlook, very well equipped.nice to have an off road free car parking space designated to the apartment.lovely quiet area close to the beach, parks and cliffs. the town’s restaurants and bars are within an easy walk, as is the harbour.

Excellent communication from the host and all queries were answered very quickly. The apartment has everything you’d need and was very comfortable and clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the artwork which featured local sights and landmarks.
If I had to be really picky I would have liked a mirror in the twin bedroom but that isn’t a negative about the property in any way

Apartment was clean, spacious and lovely. Love the Arbroath art work all over the apartment, such a vibe! Broadband was fast and smart tv was great! Good communication with host, perfect location and what a lovely view.
Shower gel was not available but host quickly rectified the issue.

I loved how the pictures on booking.com actually represented the apartment. It's the closest I have ever seen/experienced. The artwork in the rooms were very relevant and added to the charm of the place. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone. It's so perfectly placed for coastal walks and the private parking was very useful. Easy walk into town and the apartment was very well appointed.

Lovely fully equipped modern apartment in great central location and next to the sea. Host excellent, answered messages quickly, very efficient. We would definitely book again if back in the area 😊

Lovely quiet location close to amenities. The apartment is just round the corner from the seafront. Garry is very helpful and is an excellent host. The apartment was very clean with plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine.
I'd recommend this property to anyone who wants a home from home when they visit Arbroath. Hope to return at some point.
