Good location, great restaurant and location near city centre

Die Lage in der Stadt ist nicht gut, umgeben von verlassenen Häusern an einer stark befahrenen Strasse.

My room was on the first floor with the sight of a ruined building. Upper floors overlooking the street are probably better. First floor experience is not so good.

Hôtel de bon confort, neuf (ou remis à neuf) bien sécurisé. Parking (payant 10€ la nuit) très facile d'accès en voiture (+ accès interne à pied à l'hôtel), sinon difficile de se garer dans la rue. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien achalandé. Café machine mais bon. Personnel accueillant et très souriant. Restaurant sur place (n'avons pas utilisé donc, pas d'avis), sinon il est nécessaire de marcher env 15mn pour être dans le centre et trouver de quoi se restaurer.

Manque 1 ou 2 prises électriques près du lit. Miroir salle de bain sur le côté, pas très pratique.

Tous ! Le parking, la chambre famille, le petit déjeuner +++ (jambon halal qui était bien séparé de la charcuterie !), la réactivité de la réception qui apporte toujours une solution ( laver /chauffer un biberon même à 2h du matin !) Le coin jeu/ lecture pour enfants, petit - dommage qu’ils ne mettent pas à disposition un lit bébé AVEC le matelas pour le bébé 🤔🤔 Sinon top top 👍🏽

La jeune femme à notre arrivée très agréable à notre écoute nous avons bien mangé alors que nous étions un dimanche.Tout était top on reviendra avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

Petit-déjeuner sans plat chaud. Pas de bacon, pas de saucisses, pas d'oeufs brouillés. Oeuf à la coque seul.

The quality and variety of food served for breakfast was very good. We used the restaurant for evening dinner and had a very good meal there.

I didn't find any information beforehand about car parking from the hotel, but we found a public underground car park quite close by which we felt was safe.

Bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse. Personnel agréable. Facilité pour se garer dans la rue devant l'hôtel. Pas loin du centre ville.

Il n'y avait pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel le dimanche soir.

Location was OK, Check in was speedy, hotel was clean. Staff were friendly

Room was too warm, air con blew hot air out, Would have been nice to have scrambled eggs for breakfast, No English tv although advertised as having some Disappointing no safe most hotels have a safe to keep valuables

We had a ‘disabled’ room which was fine but shower head drooped and shower tray dangerously slippy. Pillows bit lumpy.

Spatious rooms, and clean. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Comfortabel beds.

I would not have chosen a carpet as floor in the rooms. Stains are hard to get out.

Location and easy access to private garage

Our rooms were very far from each other. The rooms are needing some updates, our door was not closing well as the rubber was not ok, taking a shower made the entire bathroom wet

Cleanliness

The location is just outside of the center, but easily walkable. The breakfast was a surprise. Very tasty with good options. The room was spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. Covered secure parking for only 10€ was convenient too.

The layout of the bathroom was not the best. The shower had no door or curtain in the direction the water was spraying, so it was hard to not get water on the floor.

Definitely great value for money. The parking was a little tricky to find at first, but I went in and asked and the staff was very helpful. After that, check in was great, and our room was very nice. It was comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was closed the day we were there, but looked very nice. We got in late, so not a lot was open, but the staff gave us a list of restaurants that were open and we were able to walk to one and order food. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Lots of choice and very good food. We were only at the hotel for a quick stop over so we didnt explore much else in the area.
