Aside from some early communication problems (not the host's fault. For some reason they don't get the messages thru VRBO website. Use Whatsapp) the trip couldn't have been better. Not only is the house awesome, and in a great location, but the housekeeper Sol and the chef Domingo were fabulous. Manuel the property manager was quick to respond to all requests and more than happy to provide recommendations. Even Leandro, who provided transport to and from the airport, went out of his way to provide exceptional service for an offsite trip we hired him to take us to. I Highly recommend this property and would definitely do it again

We had a lovely stay and the home was beautiful. Loved the staff!! Food was well prepared and amazing!! The home was super hot besides the bedrooms. Only 2 bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. The other two share. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely incredible stay at Sunshine Villa! Our family loved every moment here. Check-in was a breeze, making our arrival stress-free. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness is excellent, giving off hotel vibes with fresh towels, sheets, and more provided daily. The house looks exactly as advertised—stunning and well-maintained. Chef Tony's culinary skills are outstanding—he truly can cook his butt off! Cassandra and Patrice were superb, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend Sunshine Villa for a memorable family vacation.

I'm already planning our next trip back. This place exceeded all expectations (just because sometimes its hard to get a read from online). Our chef Francisco and housekeeper Sol were welcome and accommodating from the second we arrived. I had dietary restrictions and Francisco was so kind. Definitely tell them if there is a celebration (we had a birthday and they got sparklers and put up a happy bday sign and blew up lots of balloons). Definitely rent the golf carts. You have access to the STUNNING Cana beach and pool. At the house, there are so many seating areas both in and out of the shade. All bedrooms are comfortable. I will say that Leny was not super responsive, but that's okay. Island time :)

We stayed here in April with 6 adults. We absolutely loved the entire experience! We did not know what a benefit it would be to have Jose (the talented and artistic chef) and Sol (the housekeeper/sous-chef/juice-making-master) would be but we fell in love with the love and care they gave us the entire week. Jose made beautiful delicious dishes, all plated and artistically presented, and Sol would delight us with her place settings, scrumptious juice creations and a very well-maintained home. The home was perfect for our 9 day stay, and the golf courses, and ease of access to the beaches made everything right at our fingertips. The resort was easy to get around and you always felt welcome wherever you went on the property. The property manager, Leny, and I had problems communicating at first, so it should be noted that for some reason they cannot see any messages that are sent TO them on the VRBO site, however, when I finally tried to talk to her with Whatsapp, she was able to take care of all of my questions and provide some very good information. She stopped by and was a very lovely woman who made sure I had a wonderful and memorable 50th birthday. Yes, the doors are never locked...yes, they typically stay propped open all day long...but it is so safe at the villa that we never gave it another thought. It was idyllic and such a great escape for all of us. I cannot recommend this stay enough, they do it all just perfectly!

This was our 6th visit to Punta Cana Resort & Club and second time staying with Lenny. Loved everything once again. The convenience & staff were both great, and if we return next year would definitely stay again! Only thing to note, that in this house the bathrooms are not all en suite. The main floor bedrooms share a bathroom (+ additional half bath) and there is one additional full bathroom in addition to the two en suites upstairs. Wasn't a deal breaker for us as we had mostly singles, but for 4 couples it would have been inconvenient. Otherwise, great stay!

This property was an all time gem. The pictures does this location no justice absolutely gorgeous. the chef and ladies of the home made sure we had everything we needed and some. the food was amazing as well. 10 out of 10 recommend. thanks again :)
