It had everything we needed to have a comfortable short getaway with family. Not too far from Southport. Grateful for the air conditioning. Easy checkin and departure process.

Kitchen set up was great, had fridge, sink etc. Room and apartment layout was good. Walking distance to tram at the uni. Alos liked being able to park downstairs, that was relatively straightforward.

Comfort was a little lacking.... The beds were a little hard for my liking, the aircon was not so great & it was a little warm at night & early mornings (being an eco-friendly hotel perhaps it was not as good?). The blinds also allowed a bit of light in so that made the mornings heat up very quickly. Also the bin hadn't been emptied from the guests beforehand and was almost full.

The staff were fantastic prior to my arrival,r and avail themselves to ensure I was well informed of SOP and information, etc for duration is stay at Pinnacle On The Park, Parkwood. Asset modern, spacious, and cleanliness allround upkeep of property.

nothing to not like about property and my stay. more, constructive criticism. I understand that space is a premium,the car spaces are just too narrow to park to comfortably have vehicle slotted.

The location was central to everything - liked that it had air-conditioning; especially as it was so hot.

Did not like that one of the toilets leaked and a strong odor was present. There was no salt or pepper or any dish cloths, or any dishwashing powder for the dishwasher or any dishwashing liquids at all. Only received 4 towels for 3 nights no face cloths and only one tea towel, the kitchen table was all marked and some of the furniture looked like it had cigarette burns on it, and another lounge chair would of been helpful. Did not like that once we had the keys could not contact the host especially when we locked the keys in the apartment and it was very stressful and expensive to sort out, easy contact i.e a phone number for someone and a spare key would of been useful especially as there were three of us.

Would be great if there were a few more amenities such as dish washing powder and laundry detergent.

We like everything, the location was perfect, not too far from the theme parks and surfers paradise, also very close to several shopping centres including the outlets. We also visited Brisbane for the day.

Big enough, nice and quiet area.

Basic amenities were not provided such as dishwasher liquid/tablet, hairdryer, empty handwash soap. BBQ facility were not informed on how to access it, no view and you need to pay parking (in a suburban area) this is should be included part of the stay.
