Temperatur in der Nacht im Zimmer ist viel zu warm
Die Tisch zu Weisung beim Essen. Obwohl wenige Gäste da waren, bin ich oft Tisch an Tisch gesessen. Ein Tisch auslassen und erst besetzen, wenn viele Gäste kommen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach der Traum. Das ganze Hotel sehr schön und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Restaurants sind ebenfalls super. Ich komme immer wieder gerne ins Lenzerhorn.
Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Immer sauber und gut aber der Boden und die Luft viel zu heiss, die Tür klemmt und einige Silikonfugen sind teils etwas aufgerissen.

breakfast was very good
disorganized and slow service at the restaurants. Room temperature was cold the first day, we had to order extra covers to be able to sleep. Spa pool very cold.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and sunny. Breakfast was very good and healthy. Spa was clean and very relaxing.We will for sure come again.
Restorant was booked out all 2 days for lunch and dinner, so we needed to eat outside. Wifi was not strong enough on 2 floor.

Breakfast on 1st day took a very long time. Only one waitress on duty to start with. Second day was perfect. This was also compounded by COVID restrictions.
