We’ve been staying in Hibiscus Resorts for 30+ years and this is one of the most beautifully remodel units. Very comfortable and hosts are wonderful. Will be back!

The property was beautiful. Maybe a 20 step walk to the pool and beach walk. The condo itself was very nice. Pictures didn’t even do it justice. 10/10 would recommend.

We have stayed at numerous condos at the Hibiscus and this is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. We will definitely keep this condo in mind for our next beach trip. Plenty of towels and wash clothes which you don’t normally see in a rental. Even had beach towels if you needed them.

This unit was just perfect for our family. We were steps away from the pool and the ocean. The drive to the old part of St. Augustine was not far but far enough away to not have all the traffic and a crowded beach. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed! I never had to contact the owner for anything because the unit was very well taken care of. At the end of the week, everyone said this has been their favorite spot we've ever stayed and their favorite beach vacation. I highly recommend this place!

We loved the space! It was so comfy and inviting. Supplied with everything you would need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels, toys and chairs. The large blue blankets were also a favorite! We all were searching websites to see where we could get them.

We have stayed at several condos in St. Augustine and this property is by far the best! The communication with the owner was great; they even accommodated us for an additional night when our flight home was canceled due to weather. Highly recommend!

Fantastic ocean view condo! The condo was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the view from the balcony was incredible. We loved taking daily beach walks and relaxing by the pools. Last, we really appreciate how well stocked this condo was! I brought my own spices, oils and condiments, but they were all provided-amazing! This allowed us to cook many home cooked meals which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I rented the unit for the months of January and February. The unit was exactly how it was pictured. Very cute, comfortable and kitchen well stocked for a long term stay. Access to the beautiful beach just a short boardwalk away. Unit is in a great location as well. Restaurants and various businesses close by.
As others have mentioned, the property the condo is located on is somewhat dated but you can tell improvements are being made. Note the community room exterior is in poor shape but we never used it. However, the pool areas are very nice. Although the property refers to 3 pools and two hot tub areas, only one hot tub was functioning during our two month stay. Therefore, the hot tub received high use and was often crowded. Also, only one of the three pools is heated.
Property manager was very responsive any time contacted and very easy to communicate with.
St. Augustine and Butler Beach are lovely areas and I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Property was nice--deck was fabulous and we spent a lot of time there. 2nd bedroom beds had foam toppers and were not great but doable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Couch in living room was not great but we really didn't spend a lot of time sitting around so not that important. Unit was clean. I would recommend the property. Price was very fair for what we received. One concerning thing was the beach gate code had changed from what we were given. Thankfully, before we all went through the gate, we sent one person through to test out code. I would highly recommend testing out gate code. We were able to get correct gate code from other renters--it took the host a little while to respond. We would probably stay there again.

We loved the condo! It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and kids (1 and 7) . Very well stocked for everything you would possibly need for the kitchen. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Will be booking again for next years vacation.

Overall the condo unit is good (not great).
Good: It has a very warm beach feel to it. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything needed when preparing a meal and the washer/dryer next to the guest bathroom is really convenient. The walk to the beach is right at the back of the property and the beach was never crowded.
Not so good: The condo complex itself is very dated. The workout room is a complete joke. As for unit 203A … the deck is small … much smaller then it appears on the pictures. When we arrived the unit wasn’t cleaned well at all with crumbs all over the table and sand on the floor. The LG smart TV in the main room was basically inoperable. I called at reported this issue and the suggestion I got was to go buy a new remote to see if that works. I wasn’t wasting my time on that “suggestion” needless to say. With little kids … not being able to have a family movie night was a bit disappointing. The refrigerator and microwave both had issues … but I will say a repairman was sent quickly to address both.
Overall my family had a good week at the beach but will look for a different location next time.

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean! Perfect for a family of 6. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you will need. Pool and beach just steps away. We will be booking here again next year.

First, we were leaving on Friday to travel to Fla for a Saturday check in and still did not have the door codes that were supposed to have been sent. I contacted the property manager and received the door code late Friday. Second, the whites (towels, pillows, sheets) were dirty. Not sure they were laundered prior to our arrival. Third, we replaced two blown light bulbs and killed a large cockroach. For such a great property, it was a shame to see details like this overlooked. I would be ticked if I were the owner because the pools, beach, condo, and condo supplies are fantastic. The property manager blew it.

The listing was exactly as described. Very cute beach cottage feel and great use of space. Nice to sit on the deck off the living room and have a fantastic view of the Atlantic. We had our morning coffee on the outside deck and enjoyed the view every morning. King bed was comfortable, supplied linens and kitchenware are great quality. Don't hesitate to book this condo!

My husband and I came for 3 nights for a quick getaway. This condo was so cute in how it was updated/decorated. The pictures were very accurate. Comfortable bed-this was very important. Nice to have our balcony to view the ocean. We had a few minor cleaning issues at check in but the owner was very prompt to respond and take care of it! I would rent again!

The unit was easy to access and check-in was a breeze. Very clean with updated furnishings and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked so there was no stress about preparing meals. Plenty of great dinning, shopping, and service options nearby. The beach access was an easy walk even without a beach gear cart. The heated pool was an added bonus for the kids. We look forward to staying there next year again.

Beautifully redone. Has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and admiring the view. Community is a little older and could use some updates, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful beach week at St. Augustine Beach in this adorable cozy and comfortable condo. Well stocked with anything we needed and more! Waking up to the beautiful sunrise every morning from the master bedroom was amazing, and the ocean view sunsets from the deck was lovely as well. The space would be perfect for a family of 4, with 2 full bathrooms, laundry, and beach towels too! Besides the option of a very short walk to the beach, the area has 2 outdoor pools, jacuzzi, play area, and gas grills. My husband and I, just the two of us stayed, and enjoyed having plenty of space and separate bathrooms.
Hope we can return for another visit in the future!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Convenient to downtown and groceries. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Only negative is surrounding complex is dated, but that didn’t negatively impact stay. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time - the condo is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could need! We absolutely loved the ocean view and hearing the waves crash from the porch and watching the sunrise. The complex is so nice with multiple pools, grills and easy access to the expansive beach that was great for long walks. A beautiful setting for a relaxing vacation with lots to do in nearby St. Augustine. The owners are very responsive and helpful and all went super smoothly with renting and then checking in. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great condo to stay in. Very clean, and well decorated. The view of the water is amazing! The condo had a very welcoming feel. There are two pool, and private access to the beach. Downtown is about a 15-20 minute drive. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for having us!

Property was as advertised. Wonderful view, place was clean and uncluttered, very simple, beautiful, and soothing decor. Not a lot of coastal tchotchkes (sp?) that tend to make places look like 'tourist traps', which I appreciated. Beautiful.

We spent three nights visiting St Augustine with our two girls, 8 & 10. We stay in a lot of rental properties and are owners of a rental property ourselves. This was definitely one of the best places we have stayed! First, the unit renovations are gorgeous. The owner chose all the right decor. Second, the amenities left by the owner, exceeded our expectations with several special touches to make accommodations more enjoyable. Third, the location with the beach you an access is great! We enjoyed the amenities of the facilities, including visiting the beach, the pools and hot tub. The location being close to downtown St Augustine was an added bonus as we spent a lot of time there sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again.!

Property was under major restoration that we were not made aware of. This was a second time booking for us so we knew what to expect and booked 2 weeks, spent the entire time on a construction site with men working, sawing, power washing, air hammering etc, owner not understanding that it ruined our 2 weeks vacation

The place is stocked with everything you need if you decide to make your meals at home. The living spaces perfectly decorated and super comfy!
The owner was very communicative when we ran into some minor snags and always helped solution immediately!

Birthday on the Beach
Our stay in St Augustine was great! The condo itself was very nicely updated, clean and well equipped. Location is excellent. A short walk to the gorgeous white beach or the pool and a short drive to St Augustine for dinners, sightseeing and shopping. We used Drifters to rent bikes for the week and had them delivered and picked up. Only one issue we weren’t made aware of - there was work being done on our building. It was surrounded by scaffolding which somewhat obstructed our ocean view from the patio. The construction workers were polite but there everyday. However, communication with the property manager was excellent and very responsive. All in all the trip was fabulous. I would rent here again.
