The property itself was nice and updated. However, the day after the 100% refund date the owners sent a ridiculously long email of rules for the property like: no guests, no sleeping on the sofas, no messing with the thermostat, no opening windows, ect. The owners were responsive and polite throughout the stay, but if we had known about all the rules when booking I honestly would have chosen a different property as the huge list of rules was an unexpected stress hanging over our head for the entire stay. This property would be fine for a *small* group of quiet and clean adults, but I would not recommend for anyone with children.

The house was great with little extras (like toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc) and everything you need! It was cute and comfy. The private beach was awesome and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!
We had a little issue with check-in, but it was resolved very quickly.

There have been times when pictures did not show the various flaws found in a rental. THIS house was exactly as the pictures represented it. I liked staying in a home that was as well-maintained as I hope my home would be for others. It was a great visit!

From the communication to the amenities in this home, our stay was superb. The owners sent a detailed email in addition to the communication from the management group. It was evident the owners have take a lot of pride in their home. A basket of snacks and small waters greeted us on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We didn't want for any item in order to cook in. This was also the first rental that we didn't need to purchase coffee filters (which we had already done due to past experiences).
The finishes in the home were beautiful and decorated beautifully. We felt right at home.

This cottage was adorable, very clean and in a great location. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The bathroom shower was lovely. Because it was April we did not get a chance to use the outdoor shower or sit outside but I imagine it would have been nice since the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was perfect...most times we are on the lower Cape but it was great to explore off the Cape or even just over the bridges. It was so close to the bike path on the canal. I would stay here again without a doubt. The owners did a wonderful job decorating and making their place a home away from home.

My husband and I can't say enough good about this property-we would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion we could think of is the addition of a light to illuminate the beautiful American flag in the yard/as per US flag protocol.

We had a fantastic time staying in this cute house. The neighborhood is great and a quick walk to the beach - about 4 houses down - better than expected. We highly recommend this and would visit again in the future.

The home is impeccably maintained and so tastefully designed - all in the colours of the Cape Cod beaches. The paintings, furniture, decor all worked together to create a calm space. We spent a week working from home, cooking meals as a family, walking around the shaded streets and along the beaches, shopping in the cute gift stores, enjoying ice cream from Guido’s. Could not recommend more highly!

Amazing property with everything you need to make this your home away from home. The owners have taken a lot of pride in making the every thing perfect and comfortable. Communication was above and beyond expectation with the owner and management company.

I stayed here while I was visiting my daughter and her roommate.
The home is very welcoming. Very clean and has all the amenities that one would expect.
Also Communication was an A++++++!!!!
Just letting us know that someone was coming by to do something outside, and we did not need to be there....to making sure everything was just right!
We spent many nights sitting on the couch, just talking and laughing!
I look forward to staying here again!!

Small, cozy. Well appointed. VERY well stocked kitchen. Sweet little bungalow close to water. Easy drive to multiple New England destinations. Four girlfriends shared the space. One small miss was no mirror in the queen bedroom. Love that they provided linens, towels. Smart overhead, motion sensing night lights actually a little frustrating. Property was beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable. Enjoyed the little private beach. Centrally located to Boston, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard. Had a fabulous stay! Would definitely stay here again if I ever have the chance!

We arrived at Tinker's Lane to find a cottage even more lovely than the photos. It was also one of the cleanest and brightest places we have ever rented. The facilities provided us with everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was picturesque and the location was perfect for day trips within the nearby area. Onset Bay was a charming setting complete with a cheerful Harbor Master, nearby restaurants and shops. Our only regret is that we missed the big festival on Saturday the 24th. We enjoyed our stay and are thankful to the hosts as well as their Property Manager.

We enjoyed our time at the Cape. This little house in Wareham was perfect for us. No issues with anything. Everything was like new and clean. I’d recommend staying here for your next visit to the area.

Home was in a quiet neighborhood. Located a short drive from shopping, restaurants, coffee and a number of beaches. Only downside was the outside shower was not working, so we had to be careful to not track sand in from the beach.

Perfect house for our family trip to Cape Cod!
The property is very nice! It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in the Cape with my Mom and Daughter. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and evening time at the beach just a block from the house to watch the sunset. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed back porch, very quiet and peaceful. It was a very short drive to Oncet Beach, less than a mile down the road, and easy access to all locations on the Cape. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We stayed at this Wareham property from June 11-18, 2022. It was the perfect escape for a much needed vacation!
This house was perfect! Everything was described just as it was. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful. We loved the Welcome Binder and the Product Binder. This is a great idea to leave for if and when we had any questions. The house was very clean. The town was quaint and perfect for a vacation. The location was perfect for daily outings to the Cape. If your a baseball fan, Wareham has a Cape Cod League team in their town! I had to contact the property manager once about the door code before I even left for vacation, they responded within minutes. I will definitely look forward to staying at this property in the future.

The check-in process was seamless and the cottage was very well appointed, complete with all cookery needed for any meal preparation. The owners have everything up to date technology-wise as well so your stay will keep you connected if needed to the tech world. The neighborhood is quite, and the residents passing by very friendly. It’s a short two block walk to the waterfront and a short 5 minute drive to the town along the bay. Loved our stay and hope to return in the years ahead!!

The check-in process was seamless and the cottage was very well appointed, complete with all cookery needed for any meal preparation. The owners have everything up to date technology-wise as well so your stay will keep you connected if needed to the tech world. The neighborhood is quite, and the residents passing by very friendly. We would definitely rank this listing on the top of our rentals list for the property and the care that has been put into renovating it and making it a nice place to stay.

The house was beautiful, exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was lovely with lots to do close by. We are hoping for a return visit in the future!
