Customer service was horrible I was charged 4 times for a one night stay. The staff was rude and unprofessional filing a grievance as we speak.

Property was overall clean. manager was very nice and accommodating.

My room had a view of a unkept pool. There was a group of people across the hall from my room , people were constantly playing music, crowding the hallway, harassing me, loud, drunk. Every 5 minutes someone knocked on their door. I did not sleep for two days straight due to the people partying & disruptive behavior during the late night hour. I went to complain about the problem at front desk and a young gentleman told me he’s aware of the problem but there is nothing he can do about it. He advised me to talk to his manager when she comes to work. I felt dismissed by him. The manager address my concerns. Short staffed and some of the breakfast food was terrible.
