The condo is very comfortable with a beautiful view of Grace Bay. The location of the condo was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach is amazing, of course. Would highly recommend.

It was perfect for our family of 5! We had 3 teen children and we all loved every minute! Super close to all the restaurants and grocery was very close. We hope to visit again!!

A lot of beach resorts and condos are just too crowded. The inevitable fight for lounge chairs on the beach and pool are a beating. Not here. The place is nice and not overcrowded. You can actually relax here and enjoy the beach and pool at your leisure. Also, walking distance to multiple restaraunts, coffeeshops, and shopping are a definite plus. The rental agency was great to work with and responded every time. The only downside was the communication was a little slow but frankly, I'm nitpicking

The property was more beautiful than pictures!! Most gorgeous beach and water on earth. The staff was very helpful, gracious and kind!!!! Had a magnificent time!!!! This gets my highest accolades!!!!

Let's start with positives. VR has one of the best if not THE best locations on the island. You can walk or bike to a ton of shops/restaurants from this property. It's easy to get to groceries if you want to stock your condo with food/drink. I can't say enough good things about the pool and beach area at this property. They never felt crowded, it was easy to get a chair. The pool bar comes in CLUTCH. That said, we had some issues with this unit. Upon arrival we had a broken master toilet. This got fixed 24 hours later which was ok enough. We know maintenance issues can arise anywhere. They rebuilt the inside of the toilet so this is unlikely to recur. The second issue however was bigger and that was that a storm knocked out our AC. It was 83 degrees in the condo all day for the first day of this. After initially telling us there wasn't a problem and asking us to wait to start any repairs for a few hours, TCI Blue then did try to get this fixed promptly. When we went to bed we were still at 78 degrees, however, then 76 for most of the next day. We had additional workers in the condo for most of the following afternoon which finally fully fixed the problem. If TCI Blue had credited us a day or even a partial day's price, we would have been fine. However we have requested a price adjustment twice and were refused. We will not stay in this unit again due to this response, but would consider other VR condos.

Enjoyed our stay in this 3 Bedroom Condo on Grace Bay. Views were fantastic. The location is great with many things to do close by. Perfect spot for our family. Pool and Beach were very nice and mostly not crowded.

Villa Renaissance is a lovely group of condos right on Grace Bay. The property is beautiful and the pictures are right on! Pool and pool bar are very well kept and you can order lunch at the bar and it’s brought to you either on the beach or pool, or you can eat/drink at the bar. The negative is the internet is sporadic. Other than that, it’s perfect and we would definitely return.

The 3 bedroom penthouse apartment was a perfect size for a family of 6 (5 adults & 1 kid). We loved the wrap around balcony for eating and chilling. The Villa Renaissance is centrally located where we walked to shop and eat. Taxis were expensive ($75 round trip for 6) so being able to walk to restaurants was important to us since we opted not to rent a car. Beautiful pool and direct access to the beach, about 100 feet away. Great staff and surprisingly reasonable prices for food and drinks at the poolside bar cafe.

We absolutely enjoyed this resort. Our unit was clean, comfortable and attractive. The resort was beautiful and relaxed. We loved the bikes, tennis court, pool and beach. The staff was friendly and took pride in the resort. We will be returning!

Another beautiful stay at the Villa Renaissance. This condo was beautifully situated so that you can watch the sunset every evening. The condo provided everything you could need, and the staff is always so sweet and fun. We’ve stayed at several different properties situated on Grace Bay, and what always keeps us coming back to Villa Renaissance is how nice the units are, how perfectly located it is to shopping and restaurants and how you NEVER have to fight for a beach chair. We can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous condo on Grace Bay . Centrally located to stores and restaurants

Had a wonderful trip at VR late June. This was the perfect unit and location for our family of 5 with our children 20, 17, & 16. Gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The outdoor space was amazing for taking in the sunset. The pool and beach areas are amazing and pretty quiet. Never had any issues getting a chair or umbrella any time of day. We loved all the shops within walking distance. Our first time on the island but seemed to be the perfect central location. I would definitely rent this unit again.

This villa is exactly as advertised, described, and shown in the pics. The unit itself is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is absolutely perfect: within walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. And the beach and views are absolutely stunning! The white sand beaches with turquoise waters are absolute perfection, and the sunsets are remarkable. The entire property itself has a wonderful boutique-like feel. The small number of units meant the beach and pool was never crowded. We were always able to get chairs at both places without issue. Would highly recommend this unit. And Cady was wonderful to work with. She was very attentive during our entire stay, even assisting us by making dinner reservations. We can’t wait to return to TCI!

Extremely pleased with the condo and its location on Grace Bay. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for our week. Grocery store, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Decided to rent a car after we arrived however so that we could explore the island on our own instead of using cabs or shuttles. Truly relaxing week with our adult children. Resort staff was excellent as was our VRBO concierge Cadian! Highly recommend this condo and would return again!

This property was great for our family of five. The pictures online were accurate to the actual property. Beautiful views and it was nice to have the bar at the pool area so handy. Quiet property. We never had to fight for chairs at the pool or beach. Location couldn't be better. Walking distance from everything in Grace Bay. We are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend.

Everything about this condo and the Villa Renaissance is just amazing. Cady was super helpful getting us settled in and then the staff of the resort were all just so warm and friendly it really made a difference. Traveling with two small children (3 & 1) is never easy but Cady helped us rent a full sized crib for the week which really helped us. Also the location here is just perfect. Steps to the pool or beach, and tons of eating options including ice cream and frozen yogurt! Words can’t describe waking up and having your morning coffee from the deck overlooking Grace Bay beach. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Our group consisted of 3 adult couples. This property was the perfect fit. From the beautiful ocean view balcony to the roomy, well appointed condo, we throughly enjoyed our vacation. And the beach- one can NOT find a more perfect beach! It was never crowded, we never had a problem finding enough beach loungers and the fun floaties were a bonus! We only used the pool once (because…the beach!) but it was beautiful as well. Awesome location, awesome condo, and awesome vacation!!!! Highly recommend.

This was out 4th trip to Turks and love being on Grace Bay. The condo was perfect for our family and absolutely beautiful ! The views were amazing; can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing time here for spring break!

This property is on beautiful Grace Bay and is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and coffee! The property is perfect for a family with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wrap around porch. The beach, pool and pool bar are fabulous.

We have stayed at the Villa Renaissance (VR) before, but not in this unit. Given the premium price of this unit compared to all the other units at VR, one expects a lot. We didn’t feel it met expectations. First, we were surprised at how small the unit was versus the impression you get from looking at the photos (living area was cramped, bedrooms were small, master bathroom shower you can hit your elbows on the wall (and I’m not a big person). Second, the Wi-Fi is terrible (and they know it because they tell you when you check-in to try and piggyback on the adjoining suite’s Wi-Fi) which is a significant hassle when trying to do work, search for activities to do while on island or conduct the telehealth COVID test needed for travel. And then I had a dispute with the management company around the meaning of “every two days” relative to housekeeping service (I’ll let you determine for yourself what that phrase means to you). With that said, another major reason to avoid staying in this unit is that construction work has begun on the lots next door (a 7-story condo building is planned). So we had the pleasure of hearing loud music, seeing the workers relieve themselves in the bushes, screaming fights (with physical confrontation) between the neighbors in the building on the other side of the lots and the construction foreman, and the constant beeping of construction equipment as it moved around the site. It made for a very unpleasant experience being out on the balcony during the day when this was going on. So had I known about the construction, I would have canceled. You may want to think twice before staying in this unit. We really like VR and will plan to stay there again, but definitely not in this over-priced unit.

Beautiful beachfront condo. Had some difficulty communicating with the management company. Had leaky ice maker was looked at promptly but had to order part. Wi-Fi not great told to use condo Wi-Fi next door. Beach and pool great. Would be nice if they offered water sports like other complexes like paddle board and hobie cats. Easy walk to stores and restaurants Staff very nice

Beautiful property

I chose this property because my husband and I and our two teen children wanted a place to spend a week for Christmas. The pictures were very enticing and spot on! This is an exceptional property inside and out. Everything we needed was here. We felt right at home as soon as we got here. The views from the balcony are amazing! The TCI management team was 100% accommodating and on point for anything we needed. It is a lot of work traveling outside the US right now and the TCI team made sure we had all the information we needed. Cady was our main contact and she was great! We reached out to her a couple times during our stay and she was very responsive and helpful. The staff at Villa Renaissance also made our stay very nice. They were always there to get us set up on the beach each day and get us lunch and drinks too! We really enjoyed staying at this property because it is smaller than some of the high rises so we didn’t have to get down to the beach super early to still get a great spot. Finally, this property is so close to just about everything in the Grace Bay Area. We walked to dinner each night and even biked to pick up some groceries. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The view (full moon one night) was spectacular, quiet, near restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with dishes, pans etc. the support from the manager to clean up crew were attentive and helpful. Definitely want to come back.

Honestly this is heaven. First time to Turks without kids and this property was amazing. Small, friendly, amazing beach and staff. Unit 301 is truly fantastic. Any small thing that may have arose was immediately taken care of by the property manager. Walking to everything!! Grocery, restaurants, pharmacy. Truly the best place to be ever!! Can not wait to go back!

Excellent spot for family of 7 (including a 2 year old). Short walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and other shops. Beach is beautiful. Pool was peaceful with nice bar and friendly service.

The condo is in a perfect location. Views of the beach was breath taking. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The staff was super friendly especially Cady. Will definitely consider returning. Thanks for allowing us to use your condo for out Epic Girls Trip!
