Great space for two families with kids. Stocked with everything we needed. Close to the beach. Short bike ride or car ride to the boardwalk. So much to do in OC.

One of the nicest beach houses we've stayed in - and we've stayed in dozens in OCNJ. Nicely equipped, clean, spacious, great location! We'd definitely stay again!

This place is beautiful! Plenty of room and short walk to beach was great for my 2 yr old grandson. We also really enjoyed the front porch for relaxing while he napped. Would stay here again!!

It's in a beautiful area, close to the 28th Street beach entrance, and has nice accommodations, a dining table as well as a game/puzzle table, comfortable seating, and a good size outdoor shower. Communication with the owner was always easy with a quick response. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation
We love OCNJ and have stayed at a number of different places. 2730 Central was one of our favorite!!!! It's in a beautiful area, close to the 28th Street beach entrance, and has nice accommodations, a dining table as well as a game/puzzle table, comfortable seating, and a good size outdoor shower. Communication with the owner was always easy with a quick response. We hope to stay here again!

Fantastic Beach House
This property was exactly what we needed with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house is well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here. It was just as described. We had a great spot on the 28th St. Beach each day. Nice porch for relaxing after a Long Beach day, nice outdoor shower. Plenty of indoor seating for dinners. Kitchen had everything we needed. Boardwalk is a bit of a distance, not really walkable, so just be prepared to drive a couple minutes if you want to do that. Older kids rented bikes to get to and from that area. A couple of us saw shooting stars from the roof top deck while up there! Owner was very communicative and responsive, but we didn’t need much. All in all was a great rental and I’d highly recommend it!

Lots of nice extra touches in the house such as extra fridge for drinks , filtered water, high chair. Will be back next year!
