We absolutely loved the house. It is roomy and close to the beach. There are a few areas that could improve the stay. The mattresses are too soft on the queen beds. There is no storage in the bunk bed room. Why not have 2 double bunk beds and put storage on the very bottom one? This would still have the house accommodating 10. And the grass should be cut before a new family comes. It was very high when we got there and it was Wednesday before it was cut. There were not enough towels for 10 people. But having tile throughout the house is wonderful. 3 bathrooms is good. The set up of the house is perfect. We also enjoyed the screened in porch. We come every year as a family-37 years-and we like this house the best.

Beautiful house, perfectly stocked kitchen! Everything we needed to be comfortable for a week. The sprinklers did come on too often though.

We had a lovely time at 10 Tyler. The location was great, with easy access to the boardwalk that led to the beach, and close to the bike path. The second floor deck was a wonderful place for morning coffee and evening wine.
We were surprised that the largest, nicest bedroom didn't have an en suite bath, but rather one across the hall. Our only complaint was the mattresses in 2 rooms were uncomfortable. The bed in the back room almost felt like you were on a blow up mattress.
But the house was very well equipped and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay at 10 Tyler. We had some significant problems with doors upon arrival that were quickly taken care of by Jekyll Realty; kudos! We really enjoyed the open interior living space and the pleasing contemporary decor. 10 Tyler's close access to the beach was very appreciated with our three little ones! We had a good week at Jekyll and hope to visit the Island again.

The house was setup perfectly for our family. Plenty of room, well appointed, everything you could ask for in a home away from home. The owners have thought of everything you would need to “live” there during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, both in the house and on the island. Days were spent on the beach, and touring the island. Nights were spent laughing, enjoying each other’s company and a few games of Clue. Would not have changed anything about our stay.

This was the first time our family has been together since the pandemic began. There is plenty of room for the whole family. (11 of us) and SO many fun things to do on the island. We spent lots of time on the roof top deck watching the waves. We cooked together and had big family meals. The house had everything we needed. It was a lovely visit.
