Very nicely sited crafty house overlooking lake. We only had four in our party, but this property's three bathrooms were a must for privacy needs. Much more comfort than a hotel or Condo. Very close to Breck, and a multitude of hiking trails.

Outside of a testy toaster...we enjoyed everything.

The views were beautiful. I love staying somewhere that is surrounded by Colorado's evergreen trees. The room on the lower level was perfect for our two grandsons. After a day of skiing, they could relax in their own private space with their video games and the large TV. My daughter-in-law and I loved all of the unique antique pieces scattered throughout the house.

The bathrooms were tight, but the rest of the house was great!
