Outside looked really cute. Nice kitchen.

Musty smell w/string cleaning products to try and cover it up. Weird there was no driveway. Sucked bc it had a golf cart but couldn’t use it.

The location was great. The kitchen (utensils, pots, etc.) was well stocked.

Even on the Wi-Fi, there was no connectivity, calls dropped. Immediately upon initial access, the code failed and we could not get back in and could not keep a call to get a new code, this took 45 minutes to accomplish and I had a two year old outside at 11:00 at night!! There were NO supplies, ie. dish soap, paper towels (not excessive expectations, just very basic).. and Absolutely NO response to our requests for such. Upon check in, there was sand everywhere. No dustpan for sweeping, toilet clogged and could not clear, ( again, no response to requests for help). The two double beds in one of the bedrooms did not have actual mattresses. They were futon cushions and unbearable to sleep on. The bunkbeds were not usable because there was only about 6 inches of clearance to the ceiling. There was no binder of information / access / instructions. This is NOT a 3 bath house. It is a two bathroom with a beach shower at the back of the house. The small back yard was overgrown, so use of the fire pit was virtually impossible due to the number of mosquitos in the grass. The living room furniture is grossly oversized for the space and very restrictive of access / movement. We did not receive ANY instructions for checking out. This experience was exceptionally frustrating, and the lack of response from Vacasa was infuriating!!!!

Good location,away from spring break crowds. Very comfortable. Lock takes a little getting used to,but if that's the only problem,that's pretty awesome.

the door, the code to unlock the door never worked only the first time and after that that I had to leave the door unlocked each time I went out and the door was hard to just close and the bed I slept on was to hard the rest idk

We loved the stay but thought it was a little odd that there wasn't an actual drive way but nothing to complain about. One of the beds was a little high up but not too bad, I believe everyone was comfortable for the most part in the beds they slept it and we all loved that there was TV in each room.

The kids and the guys liked that there was a golf cart but we couldn't use it, maybe that could be an added bonus? Like have people sign a waiver with the other paperwork and would make renting one on property so much easier than having to go anywhere else to rent one.
