Gute, zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück wird durch ein angrenzendes Kaffee organisiert. Daher hat man Zeit bis Mittags. Das war sehr positiv. In die Tiefgarage und die Zimmer kommt man per Zahlencode. Ist am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktionert aber ohne Probleme.

Die Duschtasse war ca. 50 cm hoch, damit ist das Bad nicht barrierefrei. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. In die Tiefgarage kommt man nur über die Zufahrt, es besteht keine Möglichkeit über ein Treppenhaus.

Bett war neu und wirklich gut !

Spinnweben in den Ecken / Fenstersimse voll staub / Duschvorhang an den Rändern schimmlig / Teppich im Zimmer muss dringend ersetzt werden / Wände im Zimmer müssen dringend überarbeitet werden / Treppenhaus übelriechend, muffig / Treppenhaus mit Teppich nicht gereinigt , schmutzig. es scheint als wäre dies noch eine größere Baustelle.

Die neu errichteten Zimmer sind zwar noch teilweise im Bau (unsere Küchenzeile war noch nicht einsatzbereit), aber was bereits vorhanden ist, ist sehr gut. Das Café im EG sah von außer betrachtet auch schon gut aus. Wir sind gespannt, auf das fertig gestellte Objekt bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt hier. Der Check-in war problemlos online mit anschließendem Schlüsselcode abzuwickeln, auch check-out online easy going. Das Bad ist zwar nicht die neueste Ausstattung, aber man hat alles was man braucht, von Föhn über Kosmetiktücher zu Duschgel.

Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, was für uns im zweiten Stock mit 32 kg Koffern etwas beschwerlich war, aber dennoch zu schaffen ist. Der Flaschenöffner für die freundlicherweise bereitgestellte Wasserflasche fehlte. Ebenso war der Kühlschrank zwar an, aber kühlte leider nicht.

Hat alles prima funktioniert. Die Tiefgarage ist übersichtlich und hell und gleich neben der Eingangstür:) Das Bett war sehr gut. Alles sehr sauber. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher.... hat alles funktioniert. Gardienen schön blickdicht und verdunkeln das Zimmer:) Es ist zwar kein Aufzug vorhanden, aber das ist bei 2Etagen schon in Ordnung. Gerne wieder:) Weiter so liebes Team.

nice staff, decent breakfast, room were older but OK, pretty close to airport and Messe, almost in the centre of Ratingen

older hotel which was not renovated for a while but for us it was ok, we went there for a trade fair and others used this situation and asked about 1000 EUR/night, this hotel was good value for money. It is possible to get there from Dusseldorf by UBER but to get a UBER from Ratingen is pretty difficult. Local taxi app is needed.

The staff from the evening before were nice.

After a late night, I was awoken by a screaming lady, banging on my door at 10:30. She was yelling for me to get out of the room because someone else was coming in. I collected myself and my things and made my way downstairs. On my way down, the screaming lady found me and said she would check me out. The rudeness escalated when the card I used to reserve my room was declined (fraud prevention for international transaction). I had to step out and call the bank to approve it. Eventhough I left my luggage inside with her, she came outside while I was on the phone and looked at me like I was trash. In addition, I paid an extra 10 Euro for breakfast with my booking -when I asked if I could have breakfast, she laughed and said it was too late for that. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, including many hotels in Germany, and I cannot believe the treatment I experienced this morning.
