The house was conveniently located for everything we needed to celebrate a family wedding, including Keeneland and shopping. The kitchen was spacious and included a double oven! The house was clean with comfortable furniture and beds. I would stay there again.

Great house. Perfectly comfortable. Very responsive property manager. Convenient, walkable location. Kitchen and dining room are great for family gatherings. Family room could use more lighting. Wifi didnt work during 4/5 of our stay. I wish we could have a small credit for that inconvenience. Otherwise, the house worked very well for us. Loved having the yard and patio!

We stayed here during Thanksgiving week to be close to family and it met our needs perfectly. There were a couple small comforts of home missing (sponge and dish towels in the kitchen, recycling bucket outside), but otherwise well stocked. There was even a blender so I could make my side dish to bring for Thanksgiving dinner. :)

Clean property with many amenities. Soaps, detergents, etc amply supplied. Welcome book was helpful. WiFi was weak at times with occasional disconnects. Beds were comfortable. TV's were Roku and had antennas for HD digital. Some of us arrived early and were allowed access. Washer/Dryer worked well. Didn't use stove except to boil some water. Double oven was clean but not used by us.

This home was perfect for our group. We were in town for a conference, and it was nice to not have to stay in a stuffy cramped hotel room. We felt very safe. neighborhood was nice. We will definitely return

This is our 3rd time staying here. I check availability on this home first for every trip to Kentucky. We live in Texas and our son attends UK. The home is just perfect. Location, superior property, everything you need for a home away from home

Property worked for our family of 4 with college move-in. Enough parking for car trailer, truck and daughter’s Jeep. Was managed by a company so not as convenient and responsive with requests(Ie asked for early check in and note from property management was owner had to approve. Owner email noted 24-48 hours to respond to emails and still waiting). Trash was over flowing and inquired on how to care for it but was told to contact guest services. I own a property I VRBO and take pride in prompt communications. Details also were sent in an email vs VRBO app. Overall nice property, nice neighborhood and fit our needs.

Was just what my family of four needed. Quiet house with a yard. Allowed us to explore the Lexington area and break up our long road trip with a brief stop off as well.

I very much appreciated the cleanliness of the property, both inside and outside. There was a cute patio area with a grill we would have enjoyed using if we had more downtime and if a very bad storm had not hit! The property management company was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. There was a wide spread power outage during some of our stay. We were relieved to find a flashlight in the closet. The management company checked on us via text message and inquired about What we might need during the outage, very thoughtful response to a crazy situation. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

This was exactly what we wanted. A nice, clean place to go back to after days on the bourbon and horse trail. Great patio for socializing and grilling, great beds and fresh clean towels. Will come back here when we return to hit the distilleries we missed on our first go.

Super close to Kroger Field / UK. Close drive to all sites. House was nice and clean. Had a small issue getting in but home owner was quick to respond and got in easily afterwards. Highly recommend for future stays

This home offered the right amount of space needed for our stay in Lexington. I was concerned when renting, as there was no washer and dryer listed online. There was a washer, dryer, and coffeemaker at the house. Therefore, I brought more clothes than needed for our stay. I inquired before our stay but did not get a response. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this home, it was just what my family needed.

Lexington Home
Great experience. Enjoyed the home and its space. Easy check in. Location made sightseeing, shopping and eating destinations easily accessible. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Only complaint would be the master bathroom shower head needs changed out. The shower head flow only had one constant stream of water rather than the water showering over your whole body. The whole house was well kept and updated. Would definitely recommend or stay at this location again if in the area.

Nice introduction to Lexington
This was our first time visiting Lexinton, and we couldn't have found a nicer VRBO. This was a spotlessly clean and most well maintained property. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoors area was delightful. The neighborhood is quiet and location convent to the University area.
