We had an amazing time! The kids loved fishing off the dock and the fact that they had their own space to watch tv and/or play games. The kitchen had big enough pots and pans to cook for our group and 2 griddles for morning pancakes. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this house for comfort and convenience to shopping and restaurants.

This house was perfect! It had everything we needed and then some - from the game room for the kids to the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to all the great water sport supplies. It was clean and very well maintained. Guest services were immediately responsive and we had no issues while staying there. Dogs having to be on leash was a minor inconvenience but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautifully furnished. However, icemaker didn't work and I called twice about that. The ceiling fan/light did not work in MBR2 and I reported that twice. Also, ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom did not work. Not reported. It would be helpful if there were some microwaveable dishes instead of all plastic.

In disrepair No ice broken doors nowater. ..no help came as promised Terrible experience ..

We had 3 families with kids under 10. There was so much to do and the house is awesome.

This place blew our expectations out of the water, literally! The house was clean and well stocked with anything we could need and want. Family friendly, enough beds for everyone and then some. Dock and boat house had plenty of life jackets, floating tubes, fishing poles, you name it. Easily the best place we’ve ever rented. Only thing lacking was a sand beach area for the littlest (1 yo) but definitely not a deterrent. Will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay - had everything needed for a great vacation. Mattresses were comfortable. View of the lake from breakfast nook and screened porch was beautiful. The amount of kitchen counter space was much appreciated and we loved that all cabinets were labled so everything was easy to find. Grill and popcorn machine worked great. The dock was also great for the rental boat we had. We appreciated all the amenities for our dog too! The retractable leashes staked in the yard would be great for larger dogs. We used the supplied dog lines (in the laundry room) so our cocker spaniel could be outside with us while we played cornhole. The supplied dog toys and beds were also a nice surprise.

We stayed here last year, and enjoyed it so much we stayed again. The house is nicely decorated, while also being comfortable. Great view of the lake.

House was amazing, everything we needed and more. Super clean and so many games and movies...only wish the outside furniture and fire pit would have been ready for use, everything was still covered from winter and didn't see the fireplace at all so didn't bother to uncover the rest. Paddle boards and boats were such a blast, fishing was fun. The jacuzzi tub felt amazing after the long days of walking around the nearby amusement park. Would definitely choose this place again. Great place to spread out and enjoy family and friends.

The house is gorgeous. Very clean and spacious. The owners have thought of everything you need to have wonderful visit.

Wow this property was wonderful in so many ways. Decor is both attractive and comfortable. Fun - huge screen t.v., pool table, shuffle board table, card table, video game. Kitchen provided all the items we needed to cook . My family stayed there for 3 days. It felt as though we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything this home offered.

My family enjoyed our stay! The home was clean. The outside area patio did need power washed and cushions cleaned. The propane fire pit was inoperable. I did request a stand alone wood fire pit and mgt company supplied the fire pit. Also larger trash cans are needed for this size home. Overall we had a nice stay.

This house is one of the best at Lake Anna. Our family loved the place, clean and fresh with lots of things to do around the house and lake. A+++

This house was perfect for hosting my family of nine and three dogs for Thanksgiving. It is comfortably furnished in a lake home style. The kitchen has everything you need for actually cooking meals with a large conventional oven and and a convection/microwave oven. The refrigerator has a flex compartment that can be used as freezer or refrigerator. All bathrooms were up to date and clean. We were able to eat Thanksgiving dinner on screened deck because weather was mild. Everyone enjoyed the game room downstairs and we were able to watch football games on theater TV. Weather was a little to cold for water activities. The large front yard was great for throwing football and the view of the lake was beautiful all day, especially for morning sunrise.

Kamino Kove was so well equipped with every little detail! They truly thought of everything you would have in your home! We’ve never stayed somewhere so well equipped and thought out. We had such a relaxing time for a quick girls weekend. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing. The main thing i loved was how clean it was. That was super important for us as we were traveling during covid, but the place was very clean and well maintained. The only thing we would recommend is to have the grass cut, bushes maintained on the walking paths & some type of bug prevention on the outside. There was an excessive amount of spiders and bugs. Thank you for sharing your home with us.. we will certainly be back!

This home is gorgeous and spacious; well appointed with every comfort of home and then some and tons of options for family fun. Highly recommend.

Can’t wait to return! Serious nice home ! Exactly what the soul was in need of. We parked our car and didn’t open it again until the moment we said goodbye.

Very well maintained and lovely layout. Plenty of games, water toys, and family areas. The only suggestion I can make is more trash cans in the garage and a large pot. Other that that the home had everything we wanted and more!

We have a group of 8 friends who has travelled to Lake Anna multiple times during COVID and I think this house was one of our favorites! It's on a quiet, peaceful part of the lake - we enjoyed time on the dock as well as kayaking and paddleboarding. Inside the house has everything we needed - really nice appliances. And we LOVED the pebble ice maker -- such a nice touch. Really, really enjoyed our time here.

So beautifully decorated and we loved all the Star Wars stuff. We had a great time kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing off the dock. A great time was had by all! Can’t wait to book again next summer.

Kamino Kove has everything you need to have a great vacation. We brought more things than we needed. The house has it all. We can’t wait to come back.

Our extended family of 10 stayed for a full week. Everything was clean and comfy. The house is well appointed and nicely decorated. Sheets and towels were provided and there was everything we needed or even wanted. Hope to get back next summer.

Kamino Kove is a well-appointed, home away from home Lake Anna rental. Located in a quiet cove, there is plenty to do outside - swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, etc. The inside is beautifully decorated with every amenity possible - the thoughtful owners included everything you could possibly need for the week. We made wonderful memories and can't wait to return.

The home was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, well stocked and a great location. Will definitely be staying here again.

The property itself, is a great place to go for a weekend or week stay with family and friends. The location and amenities offered are second to none. That being said, instructions are very vague for checkout and property manager was non existent. After the first day of noticing issues and sending pictures to the management company, there was zero response. There was no direction regarding checkout and trash and whatnot. They said refer to a booklet, that was once again nonexistent. As I said before, the property itself is amazing. But the management could be better to make things perfect

A lot of thought was put into designing, decorating, and equipping this house for the vacationing family (or two). Wonderful view and access to the lake. Large, comfortable living room / kitchen. Amazing game room / home theater. Two spacious master bedrooms and baths. Quiet neighborhood (at least while we were there).

The house was well appointed and also had plenty of amenities and entertainment. We are definitely going to book this place again.

Kamino Kove is definitely the top lake house I have EVER staid. The location of the house is so serene and the house sits right on the lake. The house is very modern and cozy with ALL and I mean ALL the amenities you can EVER want. They had a gas fire pit outside, gas grill and beautiful patio furniture on the bottom porch and deck. They had everything you needed in their open floor kitchen, a beautiful fireplace in the living room and the cutest breakfast nook. My family and I rented the lake house for Easter, so we had the cutest Easter egg hunt with my daughters in their spacious back yard, we could not really do any water activities because it was too cold, but they did have kayaks and paddles boards in their boat house. They also had a lot of outdoor games and sport activities in their garage. We had tons of fun playing with the outdoor Jenga! There was enough space for us all, the rooms were very spacious, with enough blankets, pillows, air mattresses, etc. incase you needed more space for other guest. I absolutely loved the first level of the house, the kitchen is right in the middle (open floor plan), so you can see into every room of the first floor, which was convenient because I would cook, but still able to keep an eye on my girls watching a movie or playing in the living room. The owners provided THE BEST tools/ gadgets in their kitchen, so it was easy to whip something right up!
But the house’s showstopper is the bottom floor, the have a massive movie theater style TV and Coach, they had a popcorn machine that my daughter definitely took advantage of, poker table (learned how to play poker that weekend!), pool table, shuffleboard and an arcade system. I cannot brag enough about this house, we had not issues and my family and I had the best Easter Weekend. We cannot wait to go back!
