Nice home and perfect location for visiting Avila.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our sixth time to rent this beautiful home. We are a group of 10 friends who get together on an annual basis. The home is perfect for our needs. It is well stocked and in a great location. Loved the fire pit on the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed having ping pong, corn hole and a putting green. We had a minor maintenance issue and 7 sisters reacted quickly to fix the problem. We hope to be back!

Property was selected because of bedrooms and chair lift on stairs. Despite our phone confirmation that there were 2 bedrooms on main floor , in fact there was one..This conversation was with someone in management office who said she was very familiar with property Told to inform office is needed access to chair lift. This was done one week prior to rental. Upon arrival there was no keys. Person that came got all three chairs operating but could not return them. Next day Kurt and Cheryl came to operate oven and we had them look at chair lift. They tried to figure out how to call lift back and we suggested there should be a remote but they had no knowledge of such a device. The next day I called office and left a message. The next morning Kathryn called and said she left at 3 the day before. She would send a supervisor. No one ever came. This was a major inconvenience for 6 women over 80

Perfect location, beach was super close, and walking distance to everything at Avila Beach. We did go on probably one of the hottest weekends of the year and found out fast that there was no A/C, note to self do not go on the hottest weekend. Would stay here again though, had the beach equipment, loved the corn hole and putting green and ping pong table, made family memories.

Easy. Communication was good with breakdown of fees and payments. The location was perfect for my family to walk to town and beach. House very comfortable and beautiful. This was my summer treat for my family and grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed being together in such a wonderful town.

From the images on line, there looks to be a view but that is only from the 4th floor rooftop. The main living floor overlooks a parking lot. Appliances in kitchens we all broken so cooking in house was a challenge. The refrigerator froze our food. Dishwasher racks were broken and could not be pulled out. The furniture in the house is very worn and needs to be replaced-especially the kitchen stools! This house for the price was not a good value and pictures on line are deceiving.

Plenty of space to visit, cook, relax, etc.. 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few frustrating glitches for a house that big: not enough small plates in a house that’s meant for gatherings/celebrations, the street noise from Avila Beach Dr. on a weekend at night was loud and it was so hot we needed windows open, 3 bathrooms and the house came with 3 rolls of toilet paper.

Short walk to the beach where we could truly relax. Everything we needed was at the home, and they were just a phone call away if there was an I issue. I highly recommend this experience!
