The place could use updating, furnishing and bathroom need attention, needs to be cleaner.

ROACHES!! Room smelled horrible, floor was disgusting, kitchenette was nasty with mold and filth. Entire inside carpet was filthy and smelled of mildew. Outside was trashy, suspicious people all hours of the night, lerking near the first floor windows, checking vehicles, I felt extremely nervous the entire 3 days, didn't sleep from all the noise , multiple people in rooms, I'm thinking fulltime persons who live there. NEVER AGAIN!

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!
I shoulda guessed something was odd when the front desk guy around 11pm had to check our room to see if it was ready. At 11pm!? He was probably checking for roaches.
The maintenance man confirmed it when he sprayed our room cause we found one crawling in our shower. Then one was crawling on the wall as he was spraying. When I pointed out how disgusting it was to see them in the DRYER in the laundry facility the front desk kicked me out. I came back to get his name because the FLORIDA HEALTH DEPT requested it while on the phone filing a complaint.
This was the worst BOOKING.COM experience I've ever had.

The breakfast was ok, typical breakfast. The location is fabulous, and the staff is amazing here. The pool is great and we will 100% stay here again. The atmosphere and vibe of this place is excellent. Front desk is extremely helpful for any and all needs. The maintenance guy is awesome as well. Super friendly all around. Love this place

The location was good for getting around town
The room was disgusting.
Nothing had been wiped down in several weeks if that.
Dust buildup on the vents.
The blankets they used as bed sheets were dirty and had stains.
The toilet was dirty, something smeared all on the outside of the toilet.
We asked for some cleaning products and gloves to clean up ourselves, and all they could find was 1 single rubber glove.

The front entrance
I was first placed in a dirty mold filled room that I complained about and was told that all the rooms look like this then I started to be attacked by roaches, and that is when they moved me into another room that was a lot cleaner looked a lot better, but still had uncleaned areas.

I appreciated how staff was polite and respectful .
As far as breakfast goes it wasn't too bad but I didn't like how they ran out of certain things pretty quick, such as juice( especially because I'm not a coffee person so I would've like to have that option) , yogurt , and muffins . I also didn't like how there were roaches in the room (bathroom and kitchen area).

This may have easily been the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered.from check in to needing towels and toothpaste, they were always willing and happy to help!
it’s a little outdated, but nothing horrible. it was difficult to find something to dislike.

The room was clean and the staff were great.
I booked a suite with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. Upon arrival we were told they don't offer any suites with two beds.
The listing desperately needs to be updated.

This property has no redeeming qualities. It was the most unkempt hotel we have ever experienced.
Everything in the hotel was filthy, including the lobby the carpet in the hallways the walls in the room the furniture was deplorable. Absolutely filthy.

3 day stay.Room floors were filthy, my white socks turned brown. Never saw a housekeeper: no bedsheet changes, no towels, no trash removal, no clean-up or sanitizing. The “free breakfast” was thin: weak coffee, no pastries, no cereal, and no milk.

It was in a good location.
The air conditioner had a stale smell coming for me. And also had roaches.

The location and very nice. We had stayed before. And other family members did.
There where roaches every where and on every thing. My sons room, the same. We had to leave.
