My husband and I had a great long weekend in Philly. This unit was walking distance to everything we needed. We didn’t have a car so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Unit is on the top floor so the stairs may be an issue for some. The hosts were great. Quick to respond via messages and good communication. Perfect sized unit for two people. Highly recommend.

Loved the apartment! Pictures are accurate and found the place clean and tidy. Awesome communication with property owners and very considerate. Building is old, but being inside never felt that. In city center and very little noticeable noise. Bed is very cozy! Walking distance to many amazing shops and restaurants. Only concerns were the stairs and parking. Third floor unit with extremely steep stairs, not for the out of shape or elderly. Parking is only a couple easily walked blocks, but prepare to pay a steep price. If you don’t need your vehicle, best deal is long term pricing. Would stay here again if in the area.

Elderly folks, like we are, have difficulty with steep flights of stairs and the two flights getting in and out of the unit were a serious challenge. I think potential guests should be warned. Carrying even a small suitcase up was dangerous for us
Also I paid for 6 nights and told the host well in advance that we had to change the reservation to 5 nights. He agreed and changed it. But never refunded us the 6th night. I asked twice.

The apartment was clean with everything we needed. It was quiet, and located for easy walking to the train, food (including local groceries), and great local attractions. We would stay there again.

The condo looks just like the pictures. Everything was beautifully arranged. And the location is ideal. Everything you think you’d want and more is just a few steps from the door-restaurants (Asian, Indian, Italian, and other fine dining). A few bakeries, nail salons, grocery stores and more. Back to the condo- everything was clean and worked perfectly. We’d stay here again!!

This apartment has everything you need. Comfort and a great location!! Felt safe. The nights were fairly quiet for a downtown. 20th street has great coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Immaculate apartment in a quaint section of Philadelphia , easily walkable to restaurants and UPenn/Franklin Field (approx one mile) Comfortable and safe. Third floor walk up

The apartment was clean, bright with high ceilings and better than it looked in pictures. Owners were responsive and accommodated an early check-in without a problem. Neighborhood was fantastic with everything you need within a block or two - wonderful old school Philly Italian restaurant across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

The spacious and comfortable apartment had absolutely everything needed for a home away from home. Very responsive and accommodating management. Perfect location for walks around the park, places to eat and shop. Plenty of parking options but we valet parked across the street and didn’t need our car the entire trip. Everything was a convenient walk away. Tight squeeze to enter the building and two long flights of stairs but the apartment was modern and bright. Loved every minute of our stay!
