Loved the location, access to the golf cart and 2 bikes. The home is lovely and was clean! The only issues are TERRIBLE cell service and wifi. If you’re trying to call family members, you need to leave the house.

The house was great; needed beach chairs, as listed, but only one in storage. Also, the deeded beach gate was not in use at the time of our stay, so had to use public entrance a few houses down. Overall good.

we took a short trip for our Thanksgiving break and this house was perfect for us. It was a close distance to activities and we were able to bike ride or golf cart to where ever we needed to go. The whole family enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We rented this house to stay near friends staying in the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood. The golf cart including was great, made getting to our friends place so nice and easy. The house has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and one bunk bed room. Nice front porch we enjoyed coffee on. The beach was easy to get to and the sand powdery white. Great stay, would absolutely stay here again.

House was nice. We enjoyed it. We did see a few cockroaches in the laundry room.

This is a great house in a perfect spot!! Golf cart made it very easy to get back and forth to the beach.

Had an amazing stay! Great for a family of 5, safe street for kids to play and ride bikes, close to beach! Close to the Big Chill, which was a fun area for kids and family also!

Home sleeps 7 comfortably. Everything we needed for a weekend stay. Communication was excellent.

The house was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well supplied. Loved the decor snd screened back porch for morning coffee. So many interesting areas close by to shop, browse and eat. Would definitely return.

The house is beautiful. It is in a quiet, wooded area MINUTES (on a golf cart) to a beach area. Beach itself had clear water and wasn't crowded bc this beach town isn't too busy. The house itself was so clean and comfortable. The outside patio, with the outdoor shower, was a great spot to rinse off and relax before going back into the house. The kitchen has all of the amenities (no crock pot, fyi) and the house layout is very open. Fully enjoyed our stay and would come back and recommend it to friends and family.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Location was great at the end of a quiet street. Golf cart and bikes were very useful in going to friends' houses and the beach and even the Hub. If you have smaller kids, you will need to rent smaller bikes on your own, but the process is simple to add on. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen, while pretty well appointed, was small for workspace, so would be difficult if doing a larger dinner. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. I appreciated the extra touches like the fresh flowers on the table. The beach chairs and play toys were great on the beach when we had double red flags and couldn't go in. Some issues with wifi, but after finding & rebooting the router, seemed to resolve themselves. The neighborhood was very quiet and you can tell that several people live there full time. I wish there was a pool, but we were able to swim in the neighborhood that friends were staying one street over, via a handy cut through in the lots.

We had issues using the beach. The townhomes that sit on the beach, the owner approached us and told us we have access, but can’t sit on it. Like we can walk the beach below high tide line, but can’t actually set up our chairs. The house doesn’t look like the photos. All furniture covers were stained, covered in other peoples hair. I’m fine with a few hairs, but I picked balls of hair off. They gave us one small kitchen trash bag for a Monday-Friday stay and said that’s all they provide. For a private beach home, we had to drive to the vacasa office to get beach towels, they’re not provided on property. Who has room in luggage for beach towels? The oven display was broken so we couldn’t see what temp it was cooking at. The screened in porch was missing a portion of screen. This was particularly upsetting because we rented the house intending on sitting out there each night from 7-10pm safe from bugs and able to talk at normal volume without waking my toddler. Mosquitoes found the 2 ft by 2 ft hole easily, let me tell ya! The porch furniture is covered in mildew/mold and cushions are stained. Towels provided for showers - some were stained brown. The floor was sticky and none of us walked around without shoes.

My friends and I were looking for a nice beach vacation and this house was perfect! The inside was so clean and beautiful and had everything we needed! The back porch was so nice to sit and relax at night. We loved that the place came with a golf cart! It was SO helpful for daily beach trips and exploring Rosemary. Also, thank you so much for the private beach access!! That was one of my favorite parts because the location to the beach access was so convenient and we loved that golf cart parking was right there. Not having to stress about parking was such a relief! Would stay here again and again!
