Second bathroom / hard mattress

I loved the entire process being done by text and on the Vacasa app. No keys to worry with - just a door code. We did have an issue and the Vacasa team seemed very responsive. We asked that it be handled after we left, so I cannot determine IF it was fixed and how quickly. Extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this house. That was mentioned by all in our group. Overall experience was very good.

We had an issue with the floor. There were dangerous holes in the wood floor that could have caused injury. I am not sure how this happened, our how it was not fixed before allowing the house to be rented. We had two children in our group who like to run barefoot and I am thankful that we discovered the issue before someone cut their foot or got a splinter.

Electronic keypad. Easy. Kitchen had everything. Close to beach, walking path right by house. Homey.

Couch in living room very uncomfortable. But is a pullout bed type thing.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great
