L'accueil et le personnel,

Simplicité pour s'enregistrer et partir. Le lit était confortable.
On entendait beaucoup les bruits des autres chambres et aussi de l'extérieur. Impossible d'utiliser correctement le lavabo -> bonde coincée. Certains choix du petit déjeuner n'étaient pas accessible car matériel défectueux (conteneur de muesli bouché, idem pour la pâte à tartiner).

Réception: sympa et acceuillant.
Parking facile et on peut renter/sortir autant de fois que l‘on veut.
Petit-dej.: tout à fait correct!
Chambre: la fenêtre extérieure n’est pas à ouvrir (sécurité, énergie?) rideau juste correct.
SdB: pas de sèche-cheveux (heureusement j‘étais seul et je peux m‘en passer). L‘eau chaude se fait attendre … OK!
Bourgoin a beaucoup trop changé! Mais ça n‘a rien à voir avec l‘hôtel.

There was no hot water at all, cold shower not fun. Toilet bowl leaked and the shower support was broken. Very poor quality even for a budget hotel.

The room was very functional and very clean and tidy. A slight issue with a broken shower fixing but other than that everything was excellent.

one duvet didn’t have a duvet cover! had to pay €6 for parking. one plug socket started crackling when we plugged our phone in; didn’t seem safe.

No parking at the hotel for me. Everywhere around is a tow away area. Reception spoke no English and shrugged shoulders when asking where we were supposed to park.

-beds and pillows were very uncomfortable
… we booked this hotel to get a good rest, we barely slept. awful value for money, expensive for an awful experience. not happy.

Staff helpful with late check in. Phoned me and gave instructions about parking.
Room was pretty horrid. Even for a budget hotel the bathroom was not just basic but awful. Mould around taps. Mould on walls. Leak by bottom of bath. Toilet seat hanging off.

The price and location was good for me. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Room 101 had a very bad toilet, which had brown water stains.
I did not get the wifi access as the recpetion did not validate it.
No food/snack/vending machine on site.

Staff pleasant and helpful
No drink making facilities, constant noise (water running in pipes?) room very small, not possible to get fresh air as windows do not open. Parking fee €4.50, total price for two people one night approx €69 for extremely basic room. Will not use Ibis again.
