We were staying at the condo attending a destination wedding and so we just needed a place to sleep at night. I didn't receive a door code and when I followed up, the management company said I hadn't submitted all of the required documents. This, despite my getting an email saying my registration was complete. Once I sent the document, they were quick to send the door code. We had trouble getting the door code to work which we finally realized was because the welcome email I received had the wrong house number. When we checked in we realized the downstairs toilet was leaking. We cleaned up the water and reported the leak to the management company who said they couldn't get anyone out to fix it until the next day. I was told I would be contacted with an arrival time. After the repairman had left I got a text saying I wasn't in the property and so they were unable to enter and fix the leak. I told them we would just leave the water off and not use the bathroom. I didn't want to disrupt my vacation to babysit their repairman. The deadbolt would often stick, even when the correct code was entered making it tricky and stressful to get in the property after being gone. We reported this problem to the management company who said they would have someone come over "in 5-10 minutes" to fix the problem. (No one ever came.)The property was as expected, minus the leaking toilet and deadbolt. It was nice to have beds and bathrooms for our party of 13 adults. We didn't really use the kitchen, so I can't speak to that. We didn't use any of the resort amenities, so I can't speak of those either. I will look for a property with a more organized management company, next time I visit St. George.

Each room has it's own split air so the area you are using can be kept to the temperature you desire. House was clean and comfortable and close to the complex pool, and a short walk to the neighborhood pool.

We loved staying here. We have a family of 16 with many grandchildren. The place was immaculate, beautiful, very well stocked, close to pool, parks, riding, and hiking that our family loves and the management was very good to work with. We would recommend this for your next vacation.

There are many extra touches like the ping pong table and high chair in the garage :). Each room and bathroom were very clean and the linens very well stocked. This worked out so nice, we had a large group and it easily accommodated us all. We had a wonderful time.

Overall stay was good, property was clean and nicely equipped. Pools were great. I gave 4 stars because much of the furniture was broken (cupboard doors, broken chair legs etc) and when we arrived at 4:15 for check in cleaning crew was still there. We drove around for 20 minutes while waiting for them, not a huge inconvenience but still a little frustrating to not have property ready.

It was spring break and the whole family wanted a quick trip. This place was perfect for all ages. Close to pool, pickleball and trails for hiking and biking.

Easy access. Very clean. Kids loved the heated pool. Booked this location several times due to the comfort. Working with the property manager was very smooth.

Good overall, needed softer toilet paper. It felt like sand paper. I expected the carpets to. E cleaner. There were bleach stains and spots all over hallways and area rug was filthy. I didn't want my toddler Grandin to walk crawl on it. I loved the size of the bedrooms and the tvs in several rooms. Some of the comforters and shams were fraying. The hot tub was broken, that was disappointing. Overall I will his rate the stay 3-4 stars.

Very easy to rent and met the needs of our family:

Everything looked great upon arrival. There was plenty of bedding and dishes/silverware/cups. When we arrived there were two smoke detectors chirping. I tried messaging to find out if there were batteries there that we could use to change out the old batteries but no one responded so I called the office. They told me maintenance would come take care of it. I asked if she knew when they would come because if it was the following day we were just going to take care of it ourselves otherwise the detectors would be bothering us when we slept. She said maintenance would be texting me. They never did and we had to go out to buy batteries and replace them ourselves.

The property was generally well kept and clean, except for the carpets. The carpets were badly stained throughout the house, which overshadowed what was otherwise clean. To be frank, the carpets were gross.

This particular condo was more than we expected. The second floor master suites were tastefully decorated. The third floor bunkrooms were perfect for our grandchildren. The air conditioning provided relief from the hot temperatures outside. The unit was stocked with every appliance and all the kitchen ware you would need. The home was clean and instructions were clear on use of the fridge and requirements upon check out. We loved the pool at the complex as often it was like our own private pool since the resort was not very busy. Soundproofing was amazing as we had dogs in the unit next to ours that we could only hear when we were outside. We appreciated the pool toys in the garage and the timely way management responded to a few issues we were having. The only downside was we were given the wrong access code so when we got to the condo we had to call UBVR to get a new one. We are international and didn't get a US plan so we had to pay $12.00 roaming charges. Also, the previous guests left the garbage and recycling so full it was overflowing and the smell at the front door was quite offensive. Fortunately garbage collection was two days later so we only had to deal with it for a couple of days. I would highly recommend this condo, and would stay again if we ever visit the area in the future.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the Vue, the only thing that was frustrating was we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work. It worked on some of the TVs but not all of them and we couldn’t connect any devices. Maintenance came out and re set it a couple times but still wouldn’t work. This was frustrating. Other than that it was great!

We were very happy when we walked into this lovely place. The children loved the pool and the adults loved the space to play, cook and eat! Thank you for sharing this place with us.

The property was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We had 14 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and being able to go to Las Palmas Resort. We all had a great time! Would stay here again.

Very clean, sleeps lots of people and we loved the 3 master suites. The pool was small and crowded but the good thing about this place is you get a pass to another resort that has 4 large pools and slides. We loved it!
