The house perfect for our large family, the 3 and 1/2 bath room were the best. The large deck was wonderful. If any down fault the sun rise was hinted with the houses in front of us but still enjoyed it. Thank you for our family stay.

It was a super easy check-in. The house had plenty of space and was just as advertised and more! There was a great deal of supplies in the kitchen, snacks upon arrival, beach chairs, a ton of beach times, kids toys, games and books for inside. It was a pleasure staying at this house and was perfect for us. I was staying there with my siblings and their families as well as my parents. The proximity to the beach makes it incredibly easy to come and go to the beach. Also several walkable restaurants!

Other than being right next to the beach, this house is fabulous! The cleaniness, organization (everything was literally in order, not one issue with the home) all was labeled for easy access. Property manager, Veer, was on top of things as we arrived. Definitely a high recommended home! We will be back again.

Me and my family accidentally booked this beach house with intentions of staying in Galveston. We had never been to Surfside, luckily this winded up being just the vacation we needed! The ocean is LITERALLY 30 seconds walking distance. Our host was VERY gracious. Left us with welcome snacks and had plenty of extra household items you typically forget to take on trips. I cannot express enough how awesome the location, the house, the town and the host was. You have no idea until you get there!!! I only have one gripe!! I did not read the welcome book when I first got there lol. Spending quite a few dollars on ocean gear when the host had it all in a storage closet. Which you will know if you read the book! Haha, that was entirely my fault, but WELL WORTH IT. Thank You Veer!

We booked the weekend to explore the area and this home was wonderful! Really kind host and the house had everything we needed. Very clean, a well stocked kitchen, and steps to the beach. The deck had beautiful views. Would stay again for sure!

Look no further! This was the perfect place for our family to gather and celebrate Christmas. Plenty of beds in spacious rooms with closets, charging ports, and anything else you need. The 3.5 bathrooms were a bonus. The den, kitchen and deck provided large spaces to gather. And the views - Spectacular!!! The host communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

We had such a great time over the Thanksgiving holiday. The weather wasn’t so great but for the times we were able to get on the beach, the location was fantastic. The house was nicely appointed with some extra amenities that were a plus. The young ones enjoyed the indoor toys during our inside time. The floor plan was a great for our family and the huge deck with the fantastic view is an enormous plus! The gate at the top of the stairs helped us feel safe with the 2 young boys with us (age 3 and 5). Communication with the owner was great and we would definitely stay here again.

My sisters, girl cousins, nieces and I had a great getaway weekend at this Seascape Retreat in Surfside Beach. We were just a 5 mi ute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to our favorite restaurant in Surfside Beach. This home was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Only bring your food and beachy attitudes!

This house is located just steps from the beach. It has a great deck and there is a grill to use. The house is spacious. LOTS of bedrooms and bathrooms which was so nice for our group. Kitchen is nice but some amenities are not there (no aluminum foil, lacking in pans for cooking) so if you need something special be sure to bring it. Overall- I would certainly stay here again! Thanks

Wonderful memories were made thanks to Veer and this amazing property!!! The house had all the amenities we needed and more. We were within steps of the beach where we spent most of our time swimming and fishing. We also enjoyed the large patio with beautiful views of the Gulf! We hope to continue to return to Surfside for family getaways and would stay here each time!

Pictures don’t do this house justice. Absolutely huge and stones throw from the water. Incredibly clean and just an awesome weekend. My wife is already planning our next stay here!

Best we've ever stayed
We have rented several houses on the beach and the is by far the best. The house is large and the rooms are very roomy. The beds were comfy. The deck outside is huge and has a great view of the gulf. The owner has available beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach toys.
Overall, we enjoyed our week at the beach, and a lot of it has to do with the Seascape. We can't wait to come back and rent this house again

Excellent Vacation Home
If I could give this vacation property 10 stars, I would. From the excellent views to the spacious interior and exterior, it was a great place to stay. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful time!

We have been to Surfside multiple times and stayed in other homes. This one checked all the boxes. It was spacious and clean, great for a large family or multiple families to stay in!

I cannot express how much we loved our stay. Anything and Everything we needed was there. They literally thought of everything.
There was even a tray FULL of snacks to welcome us. We will be staying again. 💜💜
