booked queen beds, I believe they were doubles! A/C functions limited, need to be able to run fan, air, heat, cold in manual/auto etc.,, breakfast needs to be better air whistled under door, weatherstripping needs to be adjusted so air cannot flow under door between threshold

Room 105, the room had a chlorine odor and musty odor because the AC was next to pool, the wall t-stat did not work, the safe in the room was out of order and we found out that there was no hair dryer in the morning. We stayed there earlier in the year and it was very good.

The location was excellent, check in and out was easy. Our room was cleaned daily 😄 Breakfast was good.

Our reservation was canceled because we were delayed by 2 hours but the clerk easily reinstated it.

The breakfast was good. Many choices and if you wanted to grab and go you could but if you wanted to sit and eat you could do that too

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and the gym was well equipped.

Breakfast was good. You can’t do better than Jimmy Dean products for breakfast. And last, the coffee was good. The breakfast area was small. There is too much furniture in front of the front desk.

Move furniture in front of front desk. As families to have a seat while one person checks in. This allows other guests to reach the hotel elevators.

Room is efficient, the soap dispenser for sink and shower are brilliant. Breakfast was both portable and tasty to grab and get back on the road. The staff were exceptional.

Twice I have traveled for business, completing my work in my room. Go to bed at 11 and then back out the next day. Twice I asked for a quiet room on a high floor. Each time I was put on the second floor. The last visit the person next door was banging late at night and again in AM. I rolled with it, but, in the future, it would be nice to have room requests honored.
