Doskonała lokalizacja blisko dworca centralnego, parku i przystanku autobusowego w samym centrum miasta, pyszne śniadanie, wygodne łóżka, duży przestronny rodzinny apartament z balkonem i w pełni wyposażoną w sprzęty i naczynia kuchnią, w łazience podgrzewana podłoga, żel pod prysznic i suszarka. Uprzejma obsługa.
W apartamencie nie było internetu. W salonie w ogóle nie znajdowało sieci wifi, w sypialni ledwo widziało sieć, nie dało się jednak z niej korzystać (zbyt słaby zasięg, zrywanie połączenia, nie dało się nawet korzystać z Whatsappa). Hotel złożony z kilku budynków, w głównym budynku była recepcja i dopiero tam był dobry zasięg wifi.
Nastawialiśmy się z mężem na basen, jednak zdjęcia nie pokazują całości basenu, a to kwadratowy brodzik dla dzieci z zimną wodą, więc niestety nie dało się pływać.
Niestety te dwie kwestie były dla mnie kluczowe i z ich powodu wybrałam ten 4* hotel, więc niestety byłam zawiedziona, ale rodzinie się podobało.

The toilet could've been cleaned better. There was also some used tissue in the bowl.

We enjoyed the comfy bed and the breakfast and the proximity to the center of the town and the train station.

The beds were really comfortable.
Breakfast was 10/10. Sarah (front of house) was wonderful, service minded and really looked after us.
Having the use of a private pool and sauna was great.
The hotel rents out rooms to social services and unfortunately there was an altercation and the police were called, we didn’t feel comfortable in that building. Changing our room was no problem at all.

Good room with acceptable size. The small desk is a plus. Good bathroom. Good breakfast. Good to be able to sit outside enjoying the breakfast in the garden - and a beer in the evening. I did not try the wifi.
The pillows were not to my liking. Too small. The location is a bit off the beaten track but still close to the centre.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really delicious. I appreciate also the desire to ask clients not to clean rooms daily because of environmental reasons. I think this is great and necessary for the environment and great courage for the hotel to do this and ask!
I would not call this a 4 star hotel (3 star ok). The sound between rooms was too transparent, especially since it is wooden floors and sound escaping from the bathrooms too.

Very good location and close to town. Friendly and helpful staff.
There was no hair dryer in a junior suite!

Everything with the Hotel was very good.
Got a parking ticket outside on the street. Started to pay for parking at 8:04 and received a ticket at 8:07. I paid for green zone, but had parked on the other side of the street in the Red Zone. (More expensive side)

The pool area was somewhat neglected - light bulbs needed to be replaced.

Received an upgrade to a suite.
Good parking area.
No shower curtain (although a big shower area) made water getting out on the floor.
No soap dispenser available at the sink, has to be taken the one in the shower.
Breakfast area quite narrow and crowded.
