House was great for our family's get together. Plenty of space the be together. Was a bit disappointed that you could not see the lake from the house and the path to the dock was very steep.

The property and the cabin very enjoyable. The cabin was clean and well equipped for our stay.

We needed a place to sleep 10 for Thanksgiving getaway. This was a nice choice. It was a little to far from Branson some 40 miles of very curvy roads.

Our daughter got married at Dogwood Canyon and this cabin was exactly what we needed for our family accommodations. The pellet smoker and amazing local grocery store were an added bonus for us! We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space in our time at The Timbers! Highly recommend and we will return when we have more time to enjoy the area.

Enjoyed the cabin. Had enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The porch was great for morning coffee. Clean, well maintained property.

We had 9 people, 3 kids and 6 adults and were very comfortable. The place is clean and in a good location! The park is right there for the kids to play on! We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! Not far from the marina which a bonus!

Lots of great aspects. Floorplan and amenities all excellent. Previous cleaning not perfect but acceptable. Only drawback is pictures looked like we are the shore of the lake, but was in fact, a good ways from the lake. Otherwise was really great place.

This was a great cabin to stay! We wanted to be close to Branson but far enough away to have our own space. We really enjoyed the fire pit outside while looking at the stars! The cabin was beautiful and ready for us to begin our adventure. We will definitely come back!

With 7 adults and 2 small children, we used every inch of space in this cabin, and had everything we needed to have a great time together! We enjoyed the playground across the street, "fishing" in the lake just down the hill, hiking nearby, cooking on the Traeger, and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Thank you for a fun place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in the fall. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the house! It’s plenty big and super nice! It looks even better in person! It was fully stocked with things like wood and charcoal so cooking and having a great time was easy and fun! The lake is right down the hill and the view is beautiful. Our kids had a blast fishing on the dock! Thank you for the great memory! I would highly recommend this house!

The ONLY downfall is the steep trek to the water. Besides that, this is great. Full stocked. Actual sheets and pillows. Every appliance and home comfort you can need. Neighbors are far enough we didn’t feel invaded and the marina is 2 1/2 miles away.

Was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the property was. Just like the listing. First time using VRBO so was nervous but went seamlessly.

The new playground right across from us was just an added plus and the community pool was well maintained. Lake Access wasn't as easy as we hoped since you have to go down a steep flight of stairs to get to the dock in order to swim in the lake. We also rented a boat two days of our stay and the marina we used was only minutes away. Highly recommend this location for a quite family vacation - very peaceful!

The cabin was extremely clean, had everything we needed and all we supplied was our food. The property had a swimming pool, and a new playground located right across from it. Lake access isn't the greatest, but there is a nice dock where you can swim off of in a very quiet cove. Just what my family of 7 was looking for with plenty of room for all of us.

We absolutely adored this cabin. Everything was super clean and the attention to detail was top notch. The location was great because you felt secluded but there was a few good restaurants and a grocery store only five minutes away! It was a bit of a drive to Branson if you plan on going back and forth a lot, but if you are looking for somewhere that you can enjoy nature but have the option of driving somewhere for attractions, this is the perfect place! We were traveling with three adults and three children so it worked great to put the kids downstairs. The beds were so comfy! We enjoyed using the fire pit and the grill. My only regret is that when we travelled it was still to cold to enjoy most of the lake activities. I would note that the cabin does not have its own washer and dryer, but there is a community washroom located on the property that was very convenient. There is a little playground right in front of the cabin that my kids enjoyed as well as some trails that I felt safe letting them tromp around on their own. Getting down to the lake was a bit of a hike but the view is beautiful, with a waterfall just across the cove. Great place, I highly recommend!
