Owner and staff were great, lots of entertainment for the kids, location was amazing, beds were comfy, storage was good

acoustics, guestrooms being under the restaurant meant there was ALOT of noise from the restaurant, kitchen and BOH areas in the evenings. It kept both kids and parents up until 1130 on some nights

the properly was in a great location, beautiful views of falls creek, the room had everything we needed, guest facility room was so convenient to wash clothes and heat up food if we didn’t feel like going out and the breakfast each morning was great and easy!

Kitsch modern lodge in such a good location. Lovely wingback chairs and roomy couches perfecr to enjoy a cocktail apres ski/board by fireplace. Rooms comfy and communal spaces complete with games room for kids. Well delivered menus and considered presentation - foodies wont complain. Hosts and staff so warm and hospitable with bi request too much trouble. Thank you 😊

View was amazing Great size room for short stay

Very noisy in evening and early morning. Had no where to put luggage in room so lost what little floor space we had. Door only could be locked from the outside.

it was cozy, and had a great atmosphere. great staff, very accommodating and friendly.

it’s a bit of a distance to the ski lifts if you are not a good skier. shuttles are a good option but you could wait a while. this is irritating with small freezing kids

Staff were fantastic. Location couldn't get better, only about 100m from the Eagle Express ski lift which is one of the better lifts (no lines and gets you to the top quickly). Rooms were nicely heated and the guest amenity room was a great bonus. We ate at the restaurant for one of the nights and the food was delicious. I would stay here again. It's truly a ski to door accommodation!

Enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Falls Creek… breakfast was beautifully presented. Must recommend the Sticky date pudding at Lakeside Restaurant menu… Delicious!! 🥰

The room surprised us a lot! Heaters wouldn't turn off (middle of summer), no refrigerator to cool drinks, no glasses to drink even water, no ventilation if you had the shared balcony door closed...
