This is the perfect house for a large family gathering. Plenty of room to stretch out in comfort.

The house was very spacious with a nice kitchen and living room, plenty of space to spread out for our group of nine adults and six kids. Maintenance issues involve fixtures -- the faucet and doorhandle for the first floor bedroom and bathroom were loose. At least two of the bathroom doors did not fully close as they were warped. The grill was very slow and dirty (the dirt may have had something to do with the fact that it didn't get hot enough), so it took a long time to grill anything. This was an issue as we planned on grilling for many of our meals. There were also conflicting/unclear check out instructions related to the linens. One set of instructions on the fridge said there would be a $75 charge for any dirty linens uncollected in the provided bags, but the app check-out instructions specifically stated to "leave sheets on the beds (don't worry about washing them--we've got it covered)." There was a third set of instructions on the large envelope where the keys were provided. We also noticed that the floors were not clean on day one - it was noticeably grimy and we could feel sand on the bare floor. While small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap bars were provided, each bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper. When we called to check if there was more somewhere, we were told that we needed to buy them "like we would for our own house." Kind of odd given that they provide other hotel-like amenities (like the shampoo kits). Some transparency around what toiletries are and are not provided ahead of time would be helpful. Overall for the amount of money we paid, we expected a better maintained and cleaner house with more hospitable touches. It was our first time using Vacasa and I am not sure we would use again.

House is spread out with lots of spaces for kids and adults to spread out. 5 bathrooms is extremely helpful with larger groups. Nice to have linens & towels provided, made packing up the car a lot easier.

Very spacious and clean home. We had more than enough room for our 15 person stay. Close driving access to the beach and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is an amazing, huge house and worked perfectly for ourselves, and our three adult 'children', their spouses, and our grandchildren. It was also very nice to have the linens provided. Just be sure that you are ok with not being within walking distance to the beach. The public parking areas and beaches are super crowded.

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the space and all of the bedrooms. The theater room is a bonus. Very pretty neighborhood. We had a great time again this year and we would return.

My only criticism is not of the actual house but the lack of cleaning supplies (none available) and the trash situation. Trash gets taken out only once a week so the garbage was overflowing when we arrived, we had to take out the last guests trash (gross). There is only one trash bin (small for a large group). And the only safe way to get to the trash can is through the neighbors yard because there is a huge tree in the way.

The house was large and spacious. Lots of outside space as well. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely rent this house again.

I found this as it was shown on the video and pictures. All the beds are comfortable, and there were enough extra bed sheets and towels (although we brought our own extra towels given that we would spend a lot of time on the beach). The A/C was also working perfectly. The movie room was a nice addition to the house. Our whole family watched a movie in it on a rainy day! The dishwasher, washer and dryer work well, and there were enough plates and glasses. The drive way was enough to park four cars. We did not use the garage space because we were in and out all the time. But there was a good amount of space in the garage as well. My one piece of advice is to not ship any online orders directly to the house because it doesn't have an individual mailbox and the key for the clubhouse and the communal mailbox is not provided. Overall we loved our stay at this home!

This house is Amazing! Located in a quiet neighborhood and no more than a 7 minute drive to the beach and shops. There is a grocery store is only 2 blocks away. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful, with every convenience. King size beds in several rooms, a game room with projector and comfy movie chairs, lovely and spacious kitchen. The Salt Pond neighborhood has its own supermarket nearby, and in general, the house is located to the beach, the outlets and restaurants. Our family cannot wait to come back next year. Lovely large home in perfect little neighborhood a few minutes drive to the beach. House is lovely, clean and modern. Had fun watching movies on big screen projector and great room/kitchen flow keeps everyone together. Nice little golf course steps away from home for family fun. And Bethany Beach on a 70 degree October day is unbeatable. And we had 2 chocolate Labs who loved the house and the beach. Vantage Rentals was responsive and efficient. We absolutely loved this house, neighborhood and Bethany Beach! We were a family of 17 coming together from both the east coast and west coast for a much needed family reunion. Honestly, we couldn`t have found a nicer home for our varied needs. It was large, spacious, immaculately clean upon arrival and looked pretty and pristine with all its lovely decor. It basically looked like a new home, very comfortable and welcoming. Everyone had their adequate share of space and privacy which was perfect. The open concept of the kitchen, dining area and family room kept us all together and fully engaged with one another. Fabulous media room also, which was great for the older kids at night. While we did enjoy some local restaurants, we found it easier for our large party of 17 to bring in food for dinner or use the wonderful barbecue out back. It was very convenient having a grocery store so near. From days on the beach, to family volleyball games, golf at Bayside Resort Golf Club and tennis on the property, everything went smoothly and was lots of fun for all.
