In a perfect location , spacious, quiet, clean
It’s not that I didn’t like this about the property. It was more of what I am typically accustomed to…. air conditioning in one room worked very very well, but it was the room with the bunkbeds versus the room that I slept in with my husband that had the queen bed. The air conditioning unit did not work very well at all.

I like the location it was close by to a lot of restaurants 5 min walk to the beach 15 min ride to old San jam and some grocery stores.apartment was decent you really get your money worth we got this for decent pricing and you can smoke on the balcony which is accommodating the host was welcoming and answered any questions I had quickly
There was only one front door lock and the bathroom needs some work to be done the shower area is hazardous and toilet makes a weird noise it has so much potential just need some renovating work done

It was close proximity to the places we wanted to visit. Host was nice.
No screens throughout the house, I was afraid a bug or roach was going to crawl in. Shower had little to no pressure, and it was either really hot or really cold. A/C only in rooms. In master the A/C is a window A/C that made loud noises and is very outdated. The kitchen had what you needed more or less but when attempting to do coffee, the kettle was extremely dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned in months, so we didn't use it. The stove is a gas stove, and we didn't use out of fear because there were no extinguishers, nor the home has any fire detectors (major hazard if you ask me). Overall, the house needs fixing and major updating, doors squeak, frames loose etc.

Was in walking distance to restaurants and beach. Clean and simple. Definitely would recommend staying.

Great price for hard to find two bedrooms in San Juan. We loved this location within walking distance of beach, many restaurants and a safe area. This is in a neighborhood with the real community of San Juan which we really liked.
The apartment is actually the upper level of a house, but two completely separate units.
It has a full kitchen, big living room, two nice bedrooms and bathroom with a shower that had plenty of hot water.
The apartment is a little dated, but clean and nice. We highly recommend it. It is street parking, we had no problems getting a spot right in front.

The only negitive was second floor and our suitcases were very heavy.

Apartment size is very good. I felt like at home. Centric location , near tourist area , airport, local area, all in one.
Had to leave car outside on sidewalk. Nearby neighborhoods a bit to noisy, we could hear fireworks at 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.

It was a very good choice for us. Whatever positive has been said by others about the place and host is true. We had to work for 3 days, and the internet was reliable. The place is potentially very good for remote work.
There were 3 or 4 knives, all small and serrated. One not-serrated and little bigger kitchen knife would make our good cooking experience great. Do not rely upon a parking space at the property next to the driveway, it is occupied. We were lucky with street parking, though, for our huge pickup track.

I loved everything about the space. It provided what it offered - tranquility. I was in the mix but also tucked away in a cozy, space. The apartment allowed a peaceful getaway from all the fun and action that is San Juan. This tranquility apartment is a great space for anyone who is coming to Puerto Rico for a mix of business and pleasure. I can't wait to stay here again!
This is not the space for someone who doesn't want to take out their own trash or keep their own space clean. It didn't bother me. It was just me and I always tidy after myself. However, I wanted to be direct about this because I know others value the hospitality of housekeeping services when they're on vacation or travel.

Something was biting in the bed. I wish the home had AC throughout the home. there were only ac units in the home which were the bedrooms. the rest of the home would get so hot that we had to step outside to cool off. the ceiling fans that were there just circulated hot air. We asked for an extra fan and wasn’t given one although we explained that the one that was in the closet didn’t work.

i liked that it allow dogs and a few blocks from the beach.
no AC in the living room . can’t have cold water in the shower , if the lights were on in the bathroom. no tv’s in the bedrooms. we also couldn’t cook bcs it took an hour to get propane tank.

there was mo where to park your car. the owner holds one parking spot and it’s on a first come basis..

The location of the property is in close proximity to plenty of things to do. Also the size of the property is great for the cost.
The bathroom could have been a little more cleaner. The front door didn’t have a barrier at the bottom to stop insect from coming in.

We liked we had our own space, clean, beautiful decor, we could hear and interact with locals. Close to beach, close to shopping and food. Locals were very nice and helpful!
Shower pressure but Edwin took care of that the first day
