We loved it all -- the hospitality, the amenities, the room, and the ambiance.

Great venue and staff extremely helpful and polite. Location is right in the middle of town. Breakfast is delicious. Check out the bar and terrific range of cocktails.

Marta was a wonderful host, always keen to help! The hotel was perfectly located in the town of Alvor, only a few minutes away from the beach. The cosy bar, the rooftop and the access to a fully equiped kitchen were definitely a plus! We strongly recommend!

I truly ADORE (!) this guesthouse. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Beautiful people, fresh breakfast, and a gorgeous rooftop with a hottub to top it off. Truly dreamy.

Martha and Nelson could not be better hosts. Lovely people who treat their customers very well. We had two lovely breakfasts with fantastic service. The place is very clean and comfortable and the hosts are there to advise you on anything you need to know.

Just 1 tiny thing..pillows too small..but this can be overcome.

Wowww, THE BEST!!!! First off, the owners, Marta (!!!) & Nelson. Nicest, most helpful, responsive & friendly people ever. They went above & beyond to help locate someone to rent wing foiling equipment to my husband, plus were helpful in so many other ways. Next, what a true gem of a place- clean, comfortable, all needed amenities & in such a gorgeous setting in a beautifully restored building in the old part of town. Wonderful views and rooftop lounge areas, with jacuzzi even. Great breakfast and coffee (!), served in their beautiful garden restaurant, which also serves excellent food & drinks at night! Sadly, we missed Sunday night when they have live jazz there. There’s also a great common area kitchen should you choose to make your own meals. Such peaceful, mellow, chill vibes! We plan to return for longer! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay in Alvor, absolutely fell in love with this little town on the coast and we gonna come back. The place itself was lovely, with fantastic bar/restaurant (amazing burgers and cocktails!) and the host so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for having us.

Pillows could be a little bigger.

Super friendly and helpful host Marta. Nice room in the center. If you have a car, you may have to park 10min away (on foot). If you are a kitesurfer, they provide a boat ride to the lagoon daily. Or you can walk 20 minutes on your own. I would definitely come back!

We arrived at the guesthouse to a lovely welcome and after being shown to our room, we were given a tour of the facilities. The room had a small fridge, the beds were very comfortable and there was space for our things. The bathroom is spacious and the shower was hot and with good pressure. There is a shared kitchen which had everything we needed and a terrace with tables. The views from the property are fabulous, right out across the rooftops to the Alvor lagoon. The highlight for us was the hot tub out on a raised terrace where you can soak up the bubbles and enjoy the views. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with them. The property is located in the centre of the village with numerous bars and restaurants close by, but we were not disturbed by any noise in our room. We would happily stay here again.

It's hard to think of anything..... Maybe a few more coat hangers?

Everything was just perfect. Marta is a lovely host, the guesthouse is well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. The jacuzzi with ocean view on the top of the building is simply amazing. I had a great time here and would definitely come back.
