The accomodation is located in Straßgang which is a suburb area of Graz. The bus stop is located almost in front of the building. You can get to the city in 20 minutes with Bus 32. The other famous sight, the Eggenberg Palace can be reached by Bus 62. The pension is really kind, the staff is helpful. Our room and bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. We had a great time here.

The GPS sent us to the back of the hotel instead of the entrance, so just look at the signs on the road and you won't miss it.

there was a parking space available, which is very good. The host very nice and helpfull.
If there was anything missisng that would be the lack of a kattle in the room. After the long day it would have been nice to be able to have some tea on my own terms.

Refilling food problem with breakfast. There is no soap in the bathroom.

The hostess is very friendly and speaks fluent English.
The room was big enough and clean.
The breakfast cost 6 Euro per person, and is very satisfying: fried eggs, fresh coffee, buns, cheese, salami, jam, Nutella, some fruits.
There is night entrance with the room key, which is very convenient.
We got a little bit lost on our way, but eventually found it.

Big room and bathroom. The beds which were not broken were comfortable. Check out time at.11 AM.
We ordered a room with 3 beds, even we did not plan to use the extra bed..unfortunatelly it was neccessary, as one bed was broken (room nr.9)
There is no AC, when we opened the window we get insects inside, as there are no nets.

Everything was at a good enough level. The personnel was very helpful and nice especially the lady who probably was a manager. I was very surprised when she welcomed us when we just arrived in front of the hotel.
The decor and equipment from the 80's, maybe 90's and I think it will need some changes quite soon.
