Bigger than usual room and bed. Friendly staff and perfect location.

Smaller than usual bathroom.

the desk staffing was spotty. Clerk does not arrive until after 10. Emergency phone English is very poor as was desk clerk’s.

Although a very central location near Gifu station, it was very quiet in the morning. The room was small but with lot of sun light.

The room is spacious and the location is very strategic for tourists.

The toilet is quite small, but it is enough for a few nights of stay.

Near station, cozy place

Very stylish , room was big and spacious. You can borrow additional amenities such as other types of shampoo and conditioner, flat iron, steamer, electric kettle, additional blanket etc.., close to the station, the room had a microwave and a big mini fridge. many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Just the bathroom was very small.But that’s pyrethrum standard for most places in Japan.

Very pretty hotel. Could borrow shampoos and hair styling tools.

Up stairs with no elevator. Very difficult to carry luggage. Confusing check-in. Room carpet was extremely dirty :( hair, bugs, sharp things, I felt very uncomfortable walking on the carpet. It felt like it hadn't been vacuumed.

Cheap.

I wouldn't have wanted to stay here as a woman travelling alone. It is in quite a 'seedy' area, which felt unsafe - although whether it is or not, I don't know. The room was extremely small and so was the bathroom, particularly for two people

The location and price were amazing. I could easily walk from the station, as well as go out for dinner, drinks and karaoke with friends on the very next street. The check-in was really simple and available in English. The room was small but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a fridge, microwave and hair dryer. If you just need a simple place to crash for the night, then this is perfect.

The bathroom was ok for me, but my taller friend found using the toilet a bit of a yoga adventure with her knees touching the bathroom door. The shower was also pretty cramped, so if you want/need a bit more space (height and width both tight) in your bathroom, this might not be ideal. Personally I just needed convenient and functional rather than luxurious.

Super close to the two different stations. The rooms were large and it was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is near a whole bunch of restaurants so you wont go hungry!

People do smoke inside so occasionally the room would smell of cigarettes. Parking nearby isn't super simple (I recommend looking around the station, there are some cheaper and more easily accessible parking lots around there).
