The beach house was amazing. Lots of space for our group of 13. Well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable beds sleeping. The pool isn't deep, so it was great dor the kids and just relaxing. It was wonderful having the beach just out the back step. We spent a lot of time sitting on the awesome deck. Loved watching the dolphins swim by and gulls and pelicans fly by. Such a great place to bring our family together. You will get your exercise on the steps.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house is very nice and spacious, close to the beach.

The stairs are too steep and long. If you want to attract older folks , the house needs a lift like the majority of the houses. We had 4 senior citizens that had problems

Beautiful house with amazing views!

All 12 of us enjoyed our stay The only down side was one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel i felt the starter supplies was way to minimal. Other then that it was an amazing experience. When I called the management company twice once for the pool to be cleaned and the other was the automatic lock was not working. they were quick to respond and resolved the issues immediately.

Island Time VI is a beautiful home located in a prime beachfront location. The heated pool and large deck offered options when we were tired of the beach and the management company was very responsive to our needs. We had a wonderful family get away.

Beautiful location, we were steps from the beach, the pool was wonderful with a perfect view. We were a group of 16 and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen utensils need upgrading, the knifes were all dull and there was no kitchen scissors. The stove heat indicator light was on all the time and the burners glowed for a time after the burner was turned off. These are minor things that would only matter if you are cooking a lot. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

I always like to list pros and cons on reviews. I stayed at this property the same time last year and there was a huge difference. Pros- The location is right on the beach. I could not ask for a better one. It also ended up being great having the pool. Lots of kitchen space and bedrooms and bathrooms if you have a large party Cons- I went in the beginning of March and the pool was supposed to be heated. I received an email from the management company the heater was broke but come to find out it had been broken for months. Upon arrival the pool cover was is the pool along with some of the pool chairs. There were also only 5 unbroken chairs. There was hair (not ours) on the toilet paper and dirty tissues on a night stand. They also kept a dirty unfolded comforter in the closet. During the stay we found a cockroach, a hat in the couch and the light fixtures looked like they had never been cleaned. Then while stripping the beds we saw many black stains on the sheets on two of the beds. I only ask for a property to be clean and this say was a huge disappointment. It is not old but needs to have a better cleaning service and update outside furniture. I notified the management company on a voicemail and by direct review and never heard back. I was hoping to hear from them due to having such a great experience at this house the first time.

Pool heater was not working when booking in Feb. and was not told!

The house was perfect as far as space and the view! We loved the heated pool and deck. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, towels, pots etc. management (Cat)was awesome! The only reason I gave a 4 is the house wasn’t cleaned that well and the pool was dirty but I called management and they sent someone out right away to clean the pool. The house wasn’t filthy it just could have been cleaned better. There was pet hair on baseboards and it could have used some dusting and maybe smelt better but I’m a clean freak so it may not have bothered anyone else. That being said we would definitely rent it again! Just the fact that Management answered the phone every time meant a lot! Cat was very nice and handled our questions right away. I would definitely recommend!

The house was absolutely AMAZING! It was huge. Large enough for our entire family. The beach access was wonderful and the owners were so responsive. There was a very minor issue with one of the bathroom sinks and someone was sent out the same day. The communication was wonderful. The people on this island are so very kind and our vacation was a blast! I can’t recommend this house and owner enough! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Will def be staying here again.

The house had it all! We loved our stay.

Would recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy a low key relaxing atmosphere. The island is very quaint with very nice people. This house is literally one of the closest houses to the ocean. The pool was great to relax in after a long day of playing on the beach. The house had all needed accommodations and extra towels, pillows and blankets. The beds were also extremely comfortable.

It was a wonderful location and wonderful amenities. The beds were very comfortable which is huge!

We had a wonderful time! The house is well equipped with all linens, pool towels, and kitchen supplies. The heated pool and beach provided hours of fun and quality family time.

We just returned home from a week long stay at Island Time VI. We had an amazing time! The location of the house right on the beach was wonderful and the views were spectacular. It was so nice to be able to go easily from the house to the beach whenever we wanted. There was plenty of outdoor seating and also small chairs to carry to the beach. The house was well stocked with every kitchen item you would need and plenty of cabinets to store groceries. The management company was very responsive to a couple of minor issues and personally stopped by to make sure we had what we needed. They even came to clean the pool mid-week during our stay. We could not say enough wonderful things about this property. If you are looking for a relaxing, laid back vacation with your family in a spectacular location, this house is for you. We have already booked our visit for next year!

Fantastic property! Beach and pool perfect for all ages!

Had a great time property was lovely. Only problem was several of the dinning table chairs were defective.
