Good location and all was a presented on line.

House was exactly like they said. Several reviews mentioned difficulty with front door lock. If a company repair man hadn't been next door, we would not have gotten in. Person on the phone was worthless !! Unlock process they give you is WAY too complex, and it didn't work. Push this, then press this, then push this, then pull this, then press down door handle. And TV's have 500 channels, but NO ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, FS1, CBS Sports. Why is there not an instruction sheet on TV remotes ? Coffee maker didn't work, they brought a new one over in a couple of hours. All in all, liked the house. Change the door unlock process !!!

Entry code provided was incorrect and we were locked out and unable to enter the property until 11 p.m. We had to wait in the driveway for three hours. We called the number for the host and the person we got was extremely rude and had an attitude and was not helpful. After three hours they were finally able to to get a hold of onsite maintenance and get us in.

This property was perfect for a quick ski trip with our kids. We had a great time playing ping pong, the kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean.

My family and I stayed at this rental for our annual ski vacation. The location was good, close to many shops and restaurants and a convenient drive to the mountain. The house itself needs some attention. Our code didn’t work on the door when we arrived and it was very hard to get the deadbolt to open or close from the outside. We had planned to cook the first night and found that the majority of the items in the kitchen were dirty and crusty from the previous guests. After driving 8 hours, we were disappointed to have to do someone else’s dishes. When finally sitting down to relax, we found stains on the couch in the living room and to say it was uncomfortable is an understatement. We were excited about the ping pong table and air hockey table in the basement but found that all the paddles were damaged and broken and neither game was usable. On our second day in the rental we received a call letting us know maintenance was coming to fix the ice maker. We knew it was broken when we arrived but hadn’t complained. We informed the management team that we did not feel comfortable with maintenance coming into our rental when we weren’t there. The final straw was after a long day on the slopes we headed back to the house only to find that a worker was emptying the hot tub and we would not be able to use it for 4-5 hours while the water warmed back up. Utterly disappointing when that is why we booked the house. I would not rent from this management group again. The home is in a nice location but isn’t worth the other items that came up during the trip.

This place was great. As expected and lovely. It is conveniently located near shopping, etc., but far enough away that nighttime was plenty quiet. Everything functioned, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again. We did not have kids with us, but the basement would have been a great place for games and fun.

All in all, we enjoyed our week long holiday vacation at this property with some hiccups that could be easily amended by management to make it truly special. After the derailing of covid, we had hoped that the housekeeping would have improved since 2020 but the kitchen, bathrooms and floors seem to be only consistently surface cleaned after reading through all of the past reviews. We felt like we needed to clean away the crumbs and the prior guests' remnants when we arrived which was not what we had hoped for after a long flight. A good deep clean and maintenance would go miles for this rental because it does have so much potential! Beds and bedding were very comfortable and they supplied enough towels, kitchen utensils and dinnerware for 12 and we only had 7 in our party. Proximity to all of the ski resorts is why we had booked this rental...but be forewarned if there is a snow storm it becomes a bit treacherous trying to get up and down the mountain pass for skiing, snowmobiling, etc. We understand that the storms we experienced were unique for Christmas time but 6+ inches of snow caused quite a bit of disruption getting to and from Park City, Alta, Snowbird, and the airport! The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working (we didn't request for this to be fixed knowing that it would take quite a bit of time to do so in our week stay and most of the blinds on the windows were also bent and broken). I mention these blinds because this rental literally backs up to other properties within 10ft or so of each other so you want those blinds to work for some privacy). Concierge services with the management company no longer offered in-home massages or grocery delivery during the holidays which we expected but be forewarned of this if you try to travel during Christmas Eve/Day and New Years Eve/Day as you will be extremely limited to what you can prepare for prior to going off on those magical ski/snowboard/snowmobile days that you've booked in advance! We have stayed in many rentals across the country and beyond and truly expect to see some wear and tear but this seemed to be a bit extra that could be so easily remedied. If the cleaning and maintenance were up to the usual standards, we would highly recommend this rental as a hidden gem to others wanting a ski rental that is close to multiple ski resorts on top of having the opportunity to explore SL during your down time!

We flew family in for a wedding. We loved: proximity to SLC, stores and restaurants; the spaciousness, cleanliness, comfortable beds, garage, and numerous amenities of this property. It has several spots for gathering: the living room, loft area, game room, small back porch, and kitchen. This allowed family privacy to separate into small groups to chat and easily reconvene for meals. The hot tub, barbecue gas grill, outdoor fire ring and game room were huge hits. The kitchen was equipped with essentials for cooking. The indoor spa tub in the master bath and walk-in shower were also great. No complaints.

The property was clean and comfortable although the patio could have used some attention. The propane tanks were empty and it needed a good sweeping but the property manager took care of getting the tanks filled as soon as it was addressed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and ice in the freezer. It would have been nice to have a few cooking Essentials other than just salt and pepper but we managed. The house was in a comfortable and relatively quiet neighborhood, great location for our needs.

Loved our house! Location is what sold us for our Alta/Snowbird ski trip. 30 minutes door to door. The house was nice and roomy for our family of 4. Games in basement and hot tub were a hit with our boys! Kitchen was nicely stocked w cooking supplies and organized. Beds very comfortable with good quality linens. Close to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great place to get together with family. The place was clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was working great! The grandkids had fun playing ping pong and air hockey in the basement even though it was a little cold down there. A few little things that didn’t affect our stay too much need to be repaired but we will report to property managers and they’ll hopefully fix. Recommend this place.

No linens for extra beds the first night because the closet with all the linens in it was locked. Hockey handles were broken and we called three times to get new handles and we told somebody would bring some new ones over but no one ever came. We finally bought superglue and tried to fix them ourselves. No instructions for the hot tub. House is very roomy and nice but we definitely had a few glitches in a reservation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The check in process was very simple and consisted of an email with instructions on how to access the lock on the door. The property was exactly as described in the photos. Additionally, the management company thought of everything in regards to stocking the house. We didn't want for anything. Included were all cooking items including a blender, cookie sheets, measuring cups and even a slow cooker. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, toilet paper and such. The beds were super comfortable, slightly on the firmer side which I love. I'm usually a hot sleeper, especially when the bedrooms are upstairs but the house was very well insulated and the AC unit worked extremely well. The bunk bed room was perfect for our three year old and we took the room next to his so we could hear if he got up in the night, great setup for little kids. Our little guy also loved the game room setup in the basement and spent many hours playing down there as it rained for the first two days of our stay. The location was perfect, located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac next to a really cool park for kiddo's and a walking track. Grocery stores are super close, Whole Foods was a short 7 min drive. The only down side of this property was that it could use a good scrubbing. While all the bathrooms, kitchen were very clean, the walls/door had some stains and the blinds were pretty grimy. I spilled something on the floor in the kitchen and got some kitchen spray to clean it up and the paper towel came up black, which was kind of gross. Even with that though, we would probably stay here again although I'd love it if management would do a deep clean of this property, then I'd be able to give this place 5 stars instead of 4.

We had communication failures, dishwasher that was broken that they knew about before we arrived and didn't proactively fix, an unusable squeaky bunk bed, a washing machine malfunction, an unusable shower because standing water was trapped in the pan underneath the shower floor, general uncleanliness, past renter's clothes in the sheets, and past renter's food in the oven when we arrived. The maintenance crews did come to fix most of these issues over the course of our two week stay. They were professional and kind, but nothing from the company by way of apology, reimbursement discount, or courteous concern. The place is well furnished overall, although it was more dated than the pictures show. We needed to stay in this area for our travels, so location wasn't really a factor. The park/playground featured in the post was great. This is, however, not a part of the townhome community, but a public park two blocks away. I had inquired about this beforehand and was told it was a part of the community. All in all, we were disappointed and felt like the value and quality didn't add up for what we paid.

Great location. Clean. Activities available at the house and plenty of food/shopping/things to do close by. Easy communication with the check-in. Loved the kitchen being stocked. W/D being there was AWESOME and having the smart TVs was a HUGE plus with the WiFi and Netflix and Hulu and all that.
