Good location; clean room

Doors locked at 9pm, and we received no forewarning. We arrived at 9:30 pm. Luckily, a maid helped us and we got into our room

Comfortable beds, great breakfast. Free parking for guests

The price is too high. That was the most expensive place to stay comparing to all other cities we travelled to in Sweden and Denmark

Beautiful setting located near water, and short walking distance (15min) to central Kalmar. Accommodating staff.

First room wasn't super clean and smelled like sweat, however - fortunately there was another comparable room available, and the staff were very accommodating to switch our room.

In generally a good, simple hotel.

Bad odour in the bath room from waste water outlets. It was really not nice!

Everything was great. Super duper friendly staff, great breakfast. The location to the ocean is great, it's only a 5 minute walk to the water where I cooked my dinner and it was beautiful. I could store my bike in a safe place over night, which is the most important thing for me on travels and it worked out fantastically. Thanks! :)

Great wifi; free parking; fresh food at breakfast. I would stay here again!

Nice clean rooms. Private toilet, although extremely small. Even though the room didn't have a private shower there were plenty just across the corridor. Breakfast was also good and fresh, although there were no hot meals like bacon, pancakes or scrambled eggs.

Sound isolation between the rooms was very bad, you could basically hear everything. Also the room was a bit too hot (it was a warm night). Room and especially the toilet was small, but expected for a hostel at this low cost.

Clean, straightforward and efficient place at good location; nice breakfast. Good rooms. Good value for money.

Make sure that your room is not next to the public shower, due to never-ending door banging and not next to the hotel entrance, as you will be entertained the whole night (it is the smokers corner ....). It seems housekeeping is not working over weekends?

The staff were wonderful and cordial. We got a surprise upgrade upon checking in, at no extra cost. Checking in and out was a breeze. We were made to feel very welcome. The beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and there was variety.

Nothing

Although shower was in a shared room, it was nice that there was an en-suite toilet! Bed was so comfortable, that I slept better than i usually do at home. Breakfast provided, was a lovely start to the day.

One very subtle issue which I discussed with the receptionist; it was helpful to have the WiFi code in the bedroom, but it would be more helpful if the network name could also be provided - there were roundly 10 networks all with the Hotel's name, and it was a guess to work out which was the right one to use. Quite frustrating.
