Exceptional staff, perfect location, quiet, peaceful, clean… it honestly couldn’t have been any better.

Podrían poner dispensadores de jabón y shampoo directamente en la ducha para que sea más cómodo

The only downside is the squeaky floorboards in the upstairs rooms and maybe also - the first room we stayed in downstairs had no windows or places to hang wet towels and togs etc to dry.

Está muy cerca de la playa y hay un ambiente muy bien en Dominical, puedes dejar el coche aparcado enfrente del hotel y es muy seguro.

Location is great, just on the beach. You can walk to the main Dominical street on foot with no issues. The room was clean and beautiful. Bed is comfy. The staff left us a little surprise for our honeymoon which we enjoyed. They also helped us book a tour for Nuayaca Falls and tried to help us find a beach to swim in (though this is difficult in that area as the waves are very big). You can take chairs and towels for the beach from the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good.

Im Zimmer gab es kaum Möglichkeiten, seine Bekleidung unterzubringen (nur ein kleiner Regalständer) Es gab keine sonstige Ablagemöglichkeit, kein Tisch, kein Stuhl und vor allem kein Kühlschrank.

Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich.

Very noisy… that was a continues banging and dragging on the roof.. I was told after it was iguana’s.. I would expect something like this was brought up to my attention in advance so I can make my own decision.. still waiting for the 20% refund by the hotel which was promised 4 days ago.

The man at reception was very helpful and kind. He organized a taxi for us and recommended some good restaurants. The room is also very cute.

Bedding. I should have brought my own. The sheets were worn, there was no comforter just 1/2 a sheet pulled up at the bottom of the bed (as if it could help as a comforter??). At 6:00 in the morning the guests next door sat outside the door and chatted . Maybe don't have chair right out side the room. There were 2 scented plug ins which I didn't realize until I couldn't stand the smell in the room any longer and had a smashing headache. My husband found the plugins and removed them...we left for an hour or so... came back and I could finally be in the room. Wondering what they were trying to cover up?

L'hôtel est super propre, proximité avec la plage et les restos (à pied). À 15 minutes en voiture de Naucaya Falls. Petit déjeuner buffet au top ! Possibilité de laisser ses valises à la réception en sécurité pour la journée. Possibilité de voir des Aras dans les arbres. Bref, je recommande !!

Petit bémol quant à l'insonorisation, une paire de boule quies et le tour est joué.

Location is perfect and right on the beach, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent and the room/bed were very comfortable. This hotel reflected the overall chilled vibe of Dominical which we loved!

Poor soundproofing in the ceiling void between the rooms. You can hear every small movement in the room above.

Personalen var tillmötesgående och hjälpte till med t ex laddare till mobilen, då vi glömt adapter. Läget var fint, nära till stranden, ganska lugn återvändsgata. Atmosfären på hotellet var lugn och behaglig. Rummet var relativt stort och sängen var extra bred och skön. Liten balkong med utemöbler mot havet var fint.

Rummet var dåligt utrustat, t ex inga garderober eller lådor. Vi hade 3 galgar totalt att hänga upp våra kläder på, sen fanns det öppna hyllor i rummet där vi kunde lägga våra kläder (vi bodde på hotellet i 14 dagar). Rummen är endast utrustade med säng och sängbord. Inga sänglampor, stolar, bord, byrå mm finns. Vill du läsa på kvällen, måste taklampa vara tänd, inte så praktiskt alltid. Hotellet håller inte standard för 4 stjärnigt (om man tänker sig svensk standard). De gemensamma ytorna är slitna, städningen av t ex yoga utrymmet gjordes 1ggr på 14 dagar. Poolen är väldigt liten och har endast 2 solsängar för hela hotellet. Frukosten var den samma i 14 dagar utan variation på frukt eller bröd. Delar av personalen är volontärer som hjälper till städa. Volontärerna använde hotellets faciliteter som om de vore gäster (poolen, frukosten, yoga salen mm) vilket kändes lite konstigt. Underhållet av hotellet är eftersatt och mycket behöver renoveras, förbättras. Att hotellet klassas som 4 stjärnigt beror nog till största delen på personalen som är trevlig och tillmötesgående.

No tenía parqueo había que dejar el carro afuera frente a la playa. Las puertas del baño de la habitación son corredizas, incómodas y difíciles de abrir y cerrar. La piscina muy pequeña.

Die Lage ist soweit ganz gut.

Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber. In jeder Ecke an der Decke ist ein kleines Nest von irgendwelchen Insekten… Komischer Schmutz über der Klimaanlage… Die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche lässt sich nicht wirklich steuern. Entweder es ist eiskalt oder kochend heiß… Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und unten hört man jeden Schritt aus den Zimmern darüber. Die Dame am Empfang ist an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen - Kein Bitte kein Danke.

Location, great and friendly staff. Very Pura Vida vibe to the property which is what we were seeking. Beach is right across the street. Availability of beach accessories such as towels and chairs for loan. The staff was very helpful in switching rooms for one couple on request. Easy access to Dominical's Main Street. Easy parking. Overall we were ok with the stay as we'd been to Dominical before and knew of the laid back atmosphere. For our traveling companions, first time to Costa Rica , they were less impressed.

Minimally furnished rooms... No indoor seating which made it difficult for seniors dressing. Lack of a table or even cups. Furniture outside the door would not fit through the door to bring inside. I'm usually not one to be negative but this made the room somewhat uncomfortable and useful. A simple inside chair would be most helpful. We were able to get glasses from the lobby area. These little items can certainly help! 😉

Todo me ha parecido bonito. El lugar es Justo al frente Del Mar. Tienen piscina y buen desayuno típico.

Just in front of the beach, this lovely hotel welcomed us for our last two days of holiday. Staff was amazing, Jeison really made the difference! Great breakfast and coffee always available

During rainy season the rooms might be really humid, but A/C in Dry mode solves the problems

Una de las cosas que realmente llamó mi atención y que verdaderamente disfrute fu poder descansar en esa cama tan confortable, añadido a eso la seguridad que brinda la persona que está durante toda la noche protegiendo los vehículos es excelente y sin duda debo mencionar el desayuno fue algo muy delicioso... Volveré!!

Por otro lado lo único que no fue de mi agrado fue la forma irrespetuosa con la que el personal de limpieza llego a tratar de retirarnos de la habitación, cuando ya nos habían otorgado una hora adicional para poder seguir disfrutando de tan bello lugar, no se midió en sus palabras dando paso a que otros huéspedes pudieran también escuchar su inconformidad con nosotros por estar aún ahí, sin tomarse la molestia de consultar con el personal de recepción para saber el por que del tema..!
