My husband and I recently stayed in this home and really found it to be one of the most comfortable we have tried. Cozy beds, nice sofa, well stocked kitchen, terrific shower. Very clean and welcoming. The decor was relaxing without being fussy. The only thing I would change would be to add bedside table lamps. The lamps in house were cute but in a bedroom you really want soft lighting with shades. We have family in the area and so it's very convenient, close to airport, lovely quiet neighborhood, and very safe. We would love to stay again.

Very nice location in growing suburbs. On the edge of nowhere but close to modern conveniences. Plenty of room inside to spread out and relax. Small yard but the neighborhood has a nice walking path with a playground and several pet waste receptacles.
The reason for the parking restriction is obvious on arrival, as there's a sort of shared driveway connecting several units. Garage had plenty of space though.
Laundry was convenient and simple. Other appliances were also modern and well kept.
Relatively quiet area with almost no traffic sound. Airport in the distance was only really noticeable occasionally when we were outside.
Really not much wanting. Some kind of nightlight in the central area upstairs would help make late night bathroom trips easier and safer.

This was our first VRBO experience. The entire process from beginning to end was easy. The property was top notch and located next to major roadways providing for ease of movement. It is also about a 20 minute traffic free drive from the Denver airport. I have zero complaints about this property and when I return to the Denver area I will be requesting this property again. Two thumbs up!

My only compliant is the long list of fines on the fridge. I felt like if I stepped out of line or didn't get trash can put up friday I was going to incur a
$xxx fine. When I got home friday night there was magnitude of trash cans sitting out. If this stuff is SO IMPORTANT the give renters a heads up before they agree to rent, maybe we dont feel its our responsibility to take cans to curb and bring them back. I felt like if I didn't make it back to house in time friday then I was going to get fined.
Parking is a bit of an issue in this subdivision.

I was a bit concerned that the property was too far away from the city, but we really enjoyed the surroundings and location. The common area (pool/playground) is really nice! We loved the beautiful bedrooms and master bathroom/closet. Only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a grill on the back patio. 🙂 Thank you!

Vert clean house, nice area quiet and close to stadium. We will definitely be staying here again. One suggestion bath linen replacement needed. Management answered quickly and even allowed a little early check in with our flight getting in a little early. Great stay!! Go Broncos!! Johnson 41!!!

This house had everything we needed for our family's vacation. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The big plus were washers and dryers. You don't have to pack as much or do laundry when you get home.

Very Nice!
The house was very clean. Furniture was comfortable. Beds were awesome! Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need to cook with. Even had a wine opener. Smart TVs in all the rooms. The only thing that would have made our stay even better is if there would have been a grill. But even without the grill, we enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed the property. Very clean . Garage is not big enough to park a full sized pickup and close door and neighbors parked along the curb by property, so parking was a bit of a issue. Would recommend.

Nice, clean, quiet
The home is nice and clean. I have a hard time sleeping away from home but beds here are decent. There was a highchair and a pack and play for my youngest child. There are also plastic kid friendly bowls and cups. The neighborhood is quiet. The closest grocery, restaurants and/or fast food is 15 to 20 minutes away. Everything you need for basic cooking is there. There is a small patio outback but no grill or chairs to sit out there. There is a little park just down the street and the community pool is large and nice. It has walk in entry great for little ones to get in the pool.

We loved our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. Home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Property Manager was very responsive to any of our questions immediately. Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway.

Great place to Unwind
Very clean almost brand new house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to major freeway and toll roads. Centrally located about an hour from all the attractions south and east of Denver/Colorado Springs. House had all the amenities you would look for. The beds were extremely comfortable after a long day exploring Colorado. Would definitely stay here again
