Tengo que ser sincera...el hotel no nos gustó...es muy antiguo...mal olor.....colchones duros de muelles y con ruido al moverte... Desconozco si hay habitaciones reformadas y más grandes...pero a nosotros (pareja y niña) nos dieron una muy pequeña....y vieja....si encendíamos el aire acondicionado no podíamos dormir por el ruido....y si no por la calor...y dolor de espalda. Para postre....quisimos ducharnos y la ducha estaba estropeada .Lo único que puedo decir es que estaba limpio. No nos hemos quejado al personal porque estamos seguros que ya lo saben y sería inútil hacerlo. Siento decir que hemos quedado muy descontentos.....

I had a car and arived quite early in the afternoon and gto free parking at thee hotel parking. There was limited parking places even though many cars park on the street outside or on shopping area parking lots. The reception staff was very friendly and spoke good English, so check-in went very well for my prepaid room. I used local buses to downtown Tarragona and marina beach. Found google very useful for this purpose and bus tickets a couple of Euros one direction.

I assumed it was closer to Tarragona downtown, but it was an hour walk. Perhaps I should have checked better, not just the Euros. There was an awful smell in the bathroom from the sewerage, that started after i had taken a shower, nothing before. During the night I tried to fill up all with water but it did'nt seem to help. I had early departure, so I hoped that at 7am the breakfast would be ready and I could grab something quickly. Unfortunately the personnel arrived 7am and started preparing sandwiches for themselves, before attending to guests. It was a Sunday morning and breakfast was open from 7am, but still it was not ready.

Area does not seem safe, alot of police and wierd people lurking around at night, rooms doesn't have fridge to keep anything cold, beds are very though

🏨❌ El hotel está muy lejos de ser un 3 estrellas. Es más una pensión de hace 20 años. Bastante en mal estado, sin ningún tipo de insonorización y con una ducha que inunda todo el baño y habitación por el diseño y sellado del plato. No contrates el desayuno, es todavía peor, mejor ve al Lidl de enfrente. El barrio no es seguro. ⚠️ Añado contexto: Al llegar para check in, una familia francesa trataba de registrar su reserva. La atención fue nefasta desde el primer momento. Su correo de confirmación de la web del hotel indicaba perfectamente 2 noches / 1 habitación y el recepcionista, de muy malas formas, les dijo que su sistema indicaba lo contrario. Tras aproximadamente 30 minutos discutiendo (en un inglés pésimo) sin aportar ninguna solución a las 12 de la noche y los pequeños llorando, su única alternativa era hacerles pagar 280€ más, sin seguridad de ofrecerles las dos noches. (Es decir, trataron de estafarles casi 600€ por una sola noche). Finalmente, el jefe del hotel pidió que se respetase su correo de confirmación y no el sistema de reservas del hotel. 🖥️ Si el sistema de reservas del hotel (al igual que dicen muchas reseñas) funciona mal, el problema ES DEL HOTEL. La confirmación de reserva que ellos mismos indican, es eso mismo, una confirmación. Si lo aprovechan para estafar, denuncia o cursa hoja de reclamaciones.

Wir buchten kurzfristig und obwohl wir kurz vor Küchenschluss ankamen wurden wir fröhlich mit guter warmer Küche versorgt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war oppulent, schmackhaft und freundlich begleitet. Parkplatz war kostenlos auf dem Hotelgelände.

Hotel bastante anticuado situado junto a una carretera de salida de Tarragona. Las habitaciones y el establecimiento en sí necesitarían de una reforma. A su favor parking gratuito y personal amable.

Restaurante regulín y desayuno básico. Para una noche cumple su función.

Safe parking and spacious for a big van, that's a plus. Restaurant and cafe inside the hotel, which is a plus as a facility. Staff was excellent.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly, and very helpful, The breakfast was basic, but adequate. The evening meal was very tasty, traditional, and great value for money. We will definitely be coming back if we are passing that way.

The temperature control on the shower was very difficult to manage.

The hotel is clean and bright, the staff were excellent and the beds were comfortable.

We have stayed in this hotel twice in the space of 12 days. The first stay was very good but on this occasion we we allocated an outside bedroom which was noisy right through the night. It spoiled the stay.

Breakfast was very nice, a lot to choose from, location is not the best really, in the middle of nowhere, but there are the local buses which are quite regular.

Just the location, everything else was fine.
