The location was fantastic. A great place to relax and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The castle is well maintained and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the rooms (lobby) downstairs, kept in the way it used to be long time ago, with burning fireplaces which made you feel welcome and warm during rainy days and chilly evenings. The rooms upstairs have been completely renovated recently. Our room was very spacious, light and clean. The interior was modern but matched beautifully with the old beams.
This stay turned out a to be a very pleasant surprise!

De locatie is super mooi gelegen in de natuur en ook het kasteel is heel mooi.
De kamer die ik had zag er ook heel mooi uit.
Het was heel vervelend dat de kamer niet goed te verduisteren was waardoor de kamer reeds van het eerste ochtendlicht in het licht baadde door de witte muren waardoor voor mij het moeilijk was om te slapen. Het ontbijt was ook heel karig : heel kleine stukjes opgewarmd stokbrood in heel kleine hoeveelheden en idem voor de croissants en chocolade koeken. Er was ook geen vers sinaasappelsap en daarenboven startte het ontbijt pas om 8:30 en dan nog was niet alles klaar of waren alle tafels gedekt. De laatste morgen ben ik dan om 8:45 vertrokken omdat er geen tafel beschikbaar was en er toch maar 2 mini stukjes brood meer in de mand lagen waardoor ik net als de vorige dag veel te lang zou moeten wachten. Heel tegenvallend. Er was ook geen handzeep in de kamer aanwezig. Voor veel mensen kan het ook een afknapper zijn dat zowel de douche en het toilet zonder echte afscheiding in de kamer liggen.

We waren er op dinsdag en toen waren alle restaurants in de buurt dicht. We moesten daarom naar Arlon (15km) voor avondeten

Un hôtel luxueux très charmant avec un personnel fort sympathique et accueillant. Situé dans un endroit très calme et reposant, une très belle chambre et de superbes pièces à vivre. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très frais. A y aller sans hésiter.

The staff went above and beyond to help us (allowing a late check-in and feeding us in the evening because of some extraordinary circumstances) and could not have been more kind and helpful.
The room was beautiful and very clean.
The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, or perhaps the option of something hot for the price of €20 but this is a very minor thing overall.

It is beautiful location with great buildings and nature
The rooms have been very nicely renovated and we loved the decoration but toilet was open in the room not framed to get privacy from sound and smell. This was so unpleasant that even if the rest was very nice we would not return. The bath area could easily be separated with a glas solution… sad it is not being done!

The old vibe is amazing, the rooms are a mixture of new and old vibes but very clean and tidy !!!! Loved my stay there and definitely will be coming back to experience the stay in a better weather

Emplacement au calme, belle (très) grande chambre sous les toits, meublée avec goût, accueil attentionné. Cadre raffiné, idéal pour un séjour dans la nature.
La toilette dans la chambre, sans aucune séparation, est un parti-pris "moderne" mais qui peut s'avérer inconfortable, même pour un couple.

Wij zijn meerdere keren te gast geweest bij Chateau du Pont d'Oye. Elke keer zijn we weer verrast door de authentieke sfeer die er in het kasteel hangt. De kamers boven zijn inmiddels aangepast aan de wensen van de huidige tijd.
Het is jammer dat het kasteel niet meer zelf een restaurant heeft. Gelukkig is er tegenover het kasteel een restaurant met een fantastische keuken.

The size and space of the rooms are cavernous. The welcoming and attention to detail for our stay was exceptional. The beautiful walks around the lakes - great white egrets among other bird life seen. The breakfast was superb. The Bleue Maison is across the road. Perfect.
