Casa Luna-Mia è stata progettata pensando al tuo comfort. Questa casa è nel mezzo di ristoranti, caffè, negozi di surf e gallerie d'arte. È anche a pochi minuti dalle spiagge, dal porto e dai sentieri escursionistici sopra il Bluff. Questa casa è l'ideale per la famiglia e gli amici che stanno insieme per avere un'esperienza indimenticabile.
Ci sono due cucine completamente attrezzate per tutti i gusti e le preferenze. Le camere sono ben progettate con una TV in ogni stanza. I bagni dispongono di vasche da bagno e sistemi doccia completi per il corpo. Ci sono caminetti interni ed esterni. Questo include lucchetti intelligenti, un sistema audio intelligente Sonos e l'assistente intelligente Alexa. Lo spazio esterno è paesaggistico con piante resistenti alla siccità. House was in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Host was very quick in getting back to me with any questions, even stopped by to check on us. Could not be happier. Hopefully we will be back.

This was a great dog-friendly property for our annual family beach trip. Ken was super helpful and very responsive. The unit is 2 of 4 and well stocked with the usual items plus beach towels and beach chairs. AC is a must during the summer (many beach properties don’t have it) and worked like a dream during the heat wave. It’s near many restaurants, cafes and Ralph’s grocery store. We look forward to returning next year!

Our sales team was attending a conference in the area and elected to stay in the house (two units), allowing for social engagement of five between conferences and dinners.
The property receives excellent marks on all measures! Ken is a pleasure to work with before, during, and after.

Our stay at Casa Mia was absolutely perfect. The units were very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with Ken. He was very responsive. The home is located on a quiet street. Very serene; very close to shops and restaurants. We did a lot of walks. The marina is 5 min ride. There was also some beautiful lookout points nearby.

well, my son would say the fact that each be was a king , was the best part.
for me having all of us together was the best. and the fact that the exterior space was well lit at night. walking around with a baby and having bad vision, the lighting was bright but not obtrusive.

A group of estate here for a wedding at Dana point. The property is in great condition and very nice. Also super easy to walk to the beach or all the shopping and restaurants downtown. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at this property for our wedding weekend. It was perfect for family to stay with us the night before. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the property manager was super helpful. Couldn't have been happier with the location and the amenities. Just a great place!
