Location is great, close to shops, restaurant, bicycle rentals and beach. Small and modest place but good for family group (as you need to share full size beds). It has the essentials you need in terms of kitchen and bathroom and wifi and TV. It is ok for a week at the beach, in magical Fire Island. Bike rental is right next door. All in all a decent stay for summer in fire island.

Furniture is a bit old, the sofa beds are not comfortable, don't recommend them as places to sleep. The AC downstairs needs to be changed/upgraded (the ones in the bedrooms work perfectly!). There is not enough kitchen cutlery for a big group, you keep having to wash glasses and such (but there is a dish washer), it would be great to have more ice trays to make ice and not have to buy. The beds are all full size (one in a bedroom with full size bunk beds) so technically 6 people all sleeping together in one room. The other room as a full and a twin, so technically 3 more people. Again, if everyone is a family or good friends, that works, as they are all sleeping in the same room/same bed. But the rooms are SMALL, so a lot of people together... Only 1 bathroom, but also an outside shower with hot water too. Better lighting, more electrical outlets and upgraded furniture could make this a nicer place.
