We enjoyed our stay. Great place to connect as a family. Even though the weather was HOT....we were able to find areas to enjoy inside/outside this home together. We were pleased with this home.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful vacation home. The pool was the seller for our children along with the fire pit for marshmallow roasting. It had all the amenities in the home. We had an HEB store nearby along with restaurants and it was also close to Main St to do more shopping. Loved it!!

My friends and I (6 total) stayed at Claudia's Haus for 4 nights. The entire place was fantastic! We had plenty of beds; the common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us; there were quiet spaces for anyone wanting a break from the chatter; the recreational areas in the back were perfect. The kitchen was well-supplied, cozy blankets abounded, and the decorative touches were charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia's Haus.

We had a fun time gathering with my sister and her family here. The kids loved the pool and pool house. The kitchen was well stocked. Great A/C. Easy location to town.

Property overall was ok. Lack of attention to the details created a negative review. I had to clean the outdoor furniture, yard probably had not been mowed for a couple of weeks, supplies of basic supplies were lacking(1 roll of paper towels) ,basic kitchen tools needed, 2 of range burners were not working.

Celebrated my husband’s 65th birthday with our children and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time.

This place was perfect for our 1st girls trip to Fredericksburg. It was so beautiful, and had so much to do to keep us all entertained. Super convenient to everything. Only reason I would not give it a 5 is because we had to hand flush one of the toilets every time. We called to have it fixed but no one ever came. Other then that we all had a wonderful stay. We just returned home from our week spent in Fredericksburg. Claudia’s House is in a great location, which makes getting around town easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative comments I have pertain to the recreational activities at the house. The hot tub was great and the pool was functional, although not of high quality, esthetically. There were pool floats, but they were dirty and some needed inflating, but I was not going to blow it up by mouth and I did not see a pump. I did hose off one chair float and use it. The outdoor furniture was very dirty and we had to take it apart and hose it all down and let it dry overnight so we could use it for the rest of the week. Although we did use the pool table nightly, it is also not in top shape, with a slight warp and very lifeless bumpers, probably from being in an environment that is not climate-controlled. There were only 2 pool cues, one adult length and one child size. Even worse is the ping-pong table. The two halves are not connected properly and not level. There is a dartboard, but almost all the darts are bent, as if they were thrown at a metal object and ruined. Overall, we enjoyed the house, especially how clean it was, and we were able to enjoy the recreational activities, but some upgraded equipment would be nice.

The kitchen and dining area was excellent for our group of 10 to prepare meals and enjoy together. They kept getting themselves locked in which was scary for them. I did call the property management and let them know. There was not a spare roll of toilet paper to be found, which wasn’t nice, but I do appreciate that the property management was responsive and delivered toilet paper when I mentioned it.

We had 10 ladies coming for a fun wine trip and this house couldn't be more perfect! Room to spread out and lots to do! Property is on a quiet street. Beautifully decorated and very homey!

Stayed here with family and it was a great space to to relax. The backyard and entertainment barn were a definite plus. Kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed. We had a great vacation.

House was clean, everything was as described. The game room and pool major plus. Will book again when it’s warm and take the kids. The game room and pool would keep them entertained

We went for a girls trip for my birthday and ended up bringing a few of our kiddos along. The game room was perfect for them! We all had such a fun time. Great space- super cute and cozy. Great location and fun for the kiddos. A lot of great memories made. Thank you!

This property was great for a girls weekend away!

Great layout for girls trip or family stay. House is adorable and well stocked. Comfortable beds, great linens and nicely decorated. Pool, hot tub, game room and fire pit make for fun evenings after shopping or wineries. Thank you for the stay. It was everything we were looking for.
