Die Lage ist top. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Das Bad ist sehr schick.

Der Boden war total abgenutzt und fleckig. Gemütlich ist es nicht in der Wohnung. Es ist nicht einfach einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Solo la posizione, per il resto, a partire dal rapporto con il proprietario, tutto negativo.

Pulizia delle lenzuola e federe (alcune addirittura bucate e strappate) pagate a caro prezzo! Arredamento datato e piuttosto dozzinale, certamente non in stile altoatesino. Scarsissima empatia del proprietario, con maldestri tentativi di aggiungere costi non previsti.

Alles. Die Beschreibung auf Booking stimmt definitiv nicht. Es gibt in Meran keine öffentlichen kostenlosen Parkplätze. Dies wurde mir von der Touristinfo schriftlich bestätigt. Zudem sollte man die scheinbar vorhandenen Parkplätze alleine rund um den Bock suchen. Rund um den Bock, das Haus war überall Baustelle, hier bekam man vorab keinerlei Info vom Gastgeber. Der Gastgeber wirbt mit Nichtraucherwohnung, war sie definitiv nicht ist. Es stinkt nach altem, kaltem Rauch, die Fenster kann man schlecht zum Lüften öffnen, aber das würde sowieso nichts nützen. Der Nichtraucheraufkleber an der Tür ist ein Witz! Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem eher herunter gekommenen Mehrpateinhaus, sprich der Urlaubsflair geht komplett verloren. Zudem ist die Wohnung, das Gebäude sehr schlecht zu finden. Eingang liegt im Hinterhof, an der Straße/Vorderhof sind keinerlei Schilder angebracht, wo man hin muss. Beim Öffnen der Schränke flogen mir dreckige Putzmittel entgegen. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert zwar, allerdings ist die Türe des Kühlschrankes sehr versifft. Allgemein ist es eine sehr alte, kalte, stinkende Wohnung. Sie wurde mit billigen Möbeln und paar Bilder aufgepeppt, damit sie auf den Fotos gut rüber kommt. Ich bin am gleichen Tag abgereist, der Gastgeber war in keiner Hinsicht bemüht sich um eine Alternative zu kümmern, mein Geld bekam ich nicht zurück. Die Beschreibung des Gastgebers auf Booking ist definitiv falsch. Der Gastgeber ist rein auf das Geld aus.

Good location except on most night as it is over a noisy bar so couldn’t get to sleep until aftermidnight

The bed mattress was a rubber foam and was very hot. The apartment did not have good ventilation so was always hot. It actually was a studio and not one bedroom because sleeping area was part of living room. No microwave or oven. Had to contact them on what’s app because of telephone issues and they wouldn’t supply the entry code until we made a what’s app address. Very over priced and inaccurately described

HIDDEN CHARGES Paid for the room then had to pay a further 30 euros to get the keys, apparently to cover cleaning. Not acceptable we could have got a nice hotel with breakfast for the same price. Had to be out for 10am Would not advise

The apartment is spacious, in a strategic location to visit the city centre, it has all basic facilities. Bathroom is new and modern, the bed was comfortable, the place very clean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The building outside is a bit old and in need of some renovation. The same for some aspects of the apartment (kitchen is a bit old but functional, the wardrobe in the room is huge, but a bit dated). Parking on the street is not so easy to find, as it is a small lane way.

good location at walking distance of the historical center. Alltough I did not meet anybody, (key was in a secured key safe with a code) checking in and out west smoothly.

the apartment came without bedlinnen and towels. This was not mentioned on booking.com. it came to an extra cost of 10€ only for me and for only 1 night stay. so my main problem is the bad information about this. Booking said there is a view. There is not. Unless the big tree in front of the window serves as “view”.
